Very good location, excellent service. Everything was excellent and impeccable

I really enjoyed staying in the cosy and spacious studio. Walking is my thing, having it a 10 minute flat walk off the Ancha and a 20 minute hillier walk to the principal square was perfect. I could do basic food prep in my suite or opt to use the shared kitchen on the patio. The shaded area on the patio was a pleasant space to spend a hot afternoon. I enjoyed the bits of social interaction with other guests too. I would definitely recommend Fernanda’s place.

If you’re looking for the heart of San Miguel de Allende this is the place to be peaceful walking distance to everything! Well definitely book with Dra. Conchita again!!

The place is beautiful and full of charm, the vibe is incredible. It's just around the super easy to access cathedral And above all the attention of Dr Conchita, she makes you feel at home, her recommendations are excellent, thanks to her we ate delicious Everything seemed unbeatable to me 🫶🏻

It was a great stay. The location was very easy to find. Hosts were always attentive to our arrival. The place is very clean and very quiet. The area is very quiet and very close to where we would be. From the time on the road we were going to arrive a little later and there was no problem. Thank you so much for hosting us.

We had a wonderful stay in San Miguel. The apartment is absolutely stunning and spotless. We felt like locals. The rooftop deck has great views and was a highlight of our stay. Our only complaint if there is one would be the beds/pillows were not the most comfortable but other than that everything was wonderful. The location is great, just a 10 minute walk to the center of town. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Salvadore was an amazing host, very responsive and gave us plenty of great recommendations.

Excellent accommodation, flexibility in check-in and check-out. The condominium is beautiful, the depto is impeccable, very comfortable beds and everything is very clean. The location for me is excellent because it is not in the center but it is a 5 minute drive away from everything, I was very happy with the accommodation and I recommend it 100%!

Do not hesitate to book this perfect 2 room rental. It was clean, perfectly furnished and decorated and spacious. LOVED how they gave you starter supplies - coffee, sugar, creamer, drinking water, spices etc. Linens were top quality as was the towels. The bathroom amenities were also luxurious - shampoo, conditioner. body wash and lotion. They literally thought of everything. Instructions to get in and open the apartment were spot on. And if you needed something, their customer service was beyond real. Responded fast, helpful, and took care of our needs. One request - please provide non-feather pillows for those with allergies. Memory foam pillows would be appreciated. We were so happy here that we are already planning our return trip!! Book this one!! No regrets!!

Excellent accommodation, from the beginning Enrique contacted me by being attentive and giving the necessary directions for access. The area where it is located is very quiet, clean and safe. The apartment is very cozy, clean and with everything you need, a plus is that it has cable TV and the detail of the Christmas tree we loved it. It has many spaces to park and due to the quiet of the area you can leave the car outside without a problem.

It is an excellent place to stay, very comfortable and spacious Upon arrival everything was very tidy and very clean Leti's service was excellent! Always responding with great kindness and very fast, I would definitely stay there again!!!

Easy to get to from the bus station and close to Centro. Fast check-in and cute room, modern bathroom, beautiful jardin and shared kitchen.

Alejandro was always on the lookout, sent bills in time and was very accommodating.

We loved the place, very central, clean and quiet. The hosts communicated very friendly and attentive from the time of booking, they gave us very good recommendations for the place. Definitely come back :)
