50 meters from the sea, very clean, not very noisy, close to public transport and above all very spacious. The host is clear and responsive. Recommended.

Francesca's place is well structured, bright, and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but it is nevertheless very welcoming. The area where it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. Nearby are all the necessary services: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

The stay was wonderful. Elisa was very quick to answer any questions I had. Very quiet neighborhood, and I had no problem sleeping. Could walk to local grocery store. Wonder park right across the street with great walking paths.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

Tucked out of the way in the countryside, Luca's home is a wonderful place for retreat after a day (or several!) exploring nearby Urbino and surrounding towns and sites of the beautiful Marche region. Highly recommend this lovely home and appreciated the easy communication with our hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s property! He was very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The accommodation itself was excellent clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The drive up is a bit mountainous, but definitely worth it for the breathtaking view absolutely priceless! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely package of local goodies, including homemade honey and olive oil, which was a really nice touch. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were very satisfied and would come back.

Veronica was always kind and ready to listen to and solve our needs. The large patio/terrace in the back is a space that guarantees total privacy; functional bathrooms, well separated living area from the bedrooms. We will be back!! Highly recommended!!! Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place!
