We stayed here as a family of four. Valerie’s place is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, near lots of restaurants and bars. Valerie’s place was great, plenty of space. Highly recommend!

Flory's place is even bigger and better than it presented on platform. 25 min walkable to centro storico of Modena, the same to Ferrari museem and train station as well for those who like to travel around Emilia Romagna. Perfectly clean and equiped even for longer stayings. Brava Flory!

We stayed in Daniele's apartment for only one night, but we had a great time. The apartment is large, clean and equipped with everything you need. The lady who welcomed us was very nice. The location of the house is great for visiting the beautiful surroundings. The double bed is very comfortable and the area is quiet and peaceful.

Charming apartment really! Everything is very clean and well furnished, Lucia was very available to help us with check-in, great value for money and the area is very quiet. Approved!

We had a lovely stay at Alessia’s place and she left us a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. The place is in a great location to quickly and easily grab the bus to and from the train station, is only a 6 minute walk from the main piazza Maggiore, and has some great restaurant options within less than 5 minutes walk. She also provided a Dyson hair dryer which was unexpected but really nice to have. The drains in the bathroom were a little slow to drain and the shower doors don’t seal shut so you have to be careful while showering, but other than that, the place was well taken care of and very nicely designed/in great shape. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy place to rest while in Bologna :) Thank you, again, Alessia!

The apartment is perfectly equipped for a longer stay – nothing is missing. The weekly cleaning with fresh towels was especially practical, so you could feel completely comfortable. Mariavittoria and her parents were always available, very friendly and always answered all questions quickly. In addition, there were always great tips for restaurants, bars, shopping nearby at check-in and in conversations :) The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It is a little noisy, but with earplugs (for noise-sensitive people) absolutely no problem. There was parking right in front of the house and the center of Modena was only 15 minutes walking distance – great location! Another plus: in the basement there is a laundry room with washing machines, dryers and a drying room – very convenient for longer stays. In the area you will find everything you need for leisure. I'd come back anytime:)

Friendly host that responds quickly. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy access to train station (be aware that the last train back departs at 22:16 for anyone looking to go out in Bologna). Place is clean, nice and quiet. Parking near the accommodation is easily possible.

Accommodation fully matches the photos and listing, very spacious and clean. Peaceful and very pleasant setting. Gianluca and his family are lovely people. We had a lovely stay.

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

The accommodation has a very good location, practically in the middle of Castelfranco Emilia and yet it was very quiet. We could always find a parking space right next to it. It is a good starting point for activities in the area (Bologna, Modena, Maranello, Parma, etc.). Rita always responded very quickly, everything was hassle-free.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Orlando and his wife welcomed me with incredible hospitality that made me feel at home right away! I had a great time and was impressed by the commitment and care of the entire property with a spectacular swimming pool for the summer and an impeccable bedroom and bathroom in terms of cleanliness and order. Not to mention super playful dogs... 😁 I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

Our stay with Anna-Maria and her family was great! The whole family is warm and friendly – we felt welcome from the first minute. We also especially loved her sweet dog. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, super clean and you have everything you need. Everything you need is there, and you feel right at home. The location is ideal – you are quickly in the next largest city, but also just as quickly in the mountains. The surroundings are fantastic and perfect for walks right behind the house. An absolute highlight was the hot tub – perfect to relax after a day in nature. In addition, Anna-Maria gave us a few nice tips for excursions in the area, which were very helpful. We can only warmly recommend staying with Anna-Maria and her family and will be happy to come back!

You can really find peace here. I've never rested so well, not even at home. The property is best reached by car and has e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g, not a single comma is missing and indeed: perhaps from the photos you do not realize the beauty and passion that it took to make it so welcoming. All thanks to Michele, a really exquisite and easy-going person, who in addition to bending over backwards for me, made me feel, not at home...but like family! Very clean, full kitchen, all perfectly renovated and a very suitable area to regenerate, both for the greenery, the pool and the extreme kindness of the host. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back.

Monia and Fabio are wonderful hosts! They gave us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants and other activities. The house and the pool is very clean, the appartement is spacious and has very nice interior. Check in and checkout is very easy and the hosts are always available if you'd ever need something. You can find anything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Overall this place is really beautiful and unique - we had a wonderful time and cannot recommend it enough! :)

I was extremely satisfied with everything, both the accommodation and the hospitality and friendliness of Milena and her sister Claudia. They had cold drinks ready for us upon arrival and proved to be very helpful with our personal request. The accommodation is very nice and clean, it has colorful walls that put you in a good mood. We had a fantastic weekend!!!!!! Everything really excellent Thanks so much!!!!
