Beautiful and quiet house! The cat was a great companion and each room was impeccable. Some dead but normal bugs being in the countryside. we had a great time in a world, so much so much as to break a lamp, but Miriam was very nice and didn't ask for money for the repair.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

We had the privilege of staying 4 weeks at Eleonora's Mazzino villa during our parental leave. Wow. It's a beautiful property and you are as disconnected as you want to be. Eleonora was responsive and overly kind in making us feel welcome – After a series of mishaps at Bologna airport including big delays and lost luggage, I hope that she never has to stay up late for incoming visitors again. The local community, Tredozio, is quaint. We found its weekly Tuesday market and meat/fruit shops to be great to add to our shopping at the larger Modigliana's supermarket. The pool area was serene for reading and working out with reliable WiFi; we loved running the local roads (except no go on Sundays with the hunters). Kitchen is well-stocked with gear and the stove works well. Bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor gave our group the ability to hang out or get some off time. Heads up: The roads are a bit nauseating and being in the country you will hang out with bugs. My overall memories: A+++

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

We stayed for a few days at Villa Viktoria & Andras during the Christmas holidays. It was the ideal meeting place to spend time as a family and explore the enchanting landscapes that offer the surrounding Casentino Forests. Tredozio is a quiet village, which preserves the traditions of the past. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away by car, but as for the essentials we also had a good time in the center of the village. Particularly appreciated that the Villa had a room on the ground floor (comfortable for people who are less easy to take the stairs) and that everyone had their own room with a private bathroom.

Giuliana's apartment is in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the center of Bologna, which can be easily reached on foot in about fifteen minutes. It also has a convenient parking space: a must if you want to get to Bologna by car and then walk around the city! The apartment is very clean and very bright located on the sixth floor and therefore away from the noise of the street. Giuliana was also very helpful and flexible regarding arrival time and provided precise and timely directions on how to check in independently. Definitely recommend!

Due to a very complicated move, I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and completely fenced, really made a difference The house is charming as well as the view that frames it, priceless waking up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence that I feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful break during which, at times, I was even able to regenerate myself I had some minor difficulties with the TV in the living room regarding channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the bedroom Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming property if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of relaxation and rest! This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

The residence is in a clean, quiet, and safe neighbourhood, with decent parking outside and a tight parking space inside (be careful if you're driving a large vehicle) which is gated. Neighbours are respectful and the street is lined up with trees, with a school at the back although you barely hear them. Medicina is an excellent location to drive to different places in the Reggio Emilia region, especially towards the coast & around 40 mins from Bologna airport. You can do a few good runs in the area with lovely countryside not too far away - just be wary of the cars on Via Sillaro when running. There's a lovely bedroom upstairs but we didn't use it as we used the two bedrooms adjacent to each other. The place was spotless and excellently kept (I believe it had a recent renovation too). The beds are great too, with highly comfortable mattresses and pillows. We spent 5 nights and are highly appreciative of the lovely experience, including from the host (Diana) herself.

The stay was wonderful, the place was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything you needed. Particularly pleasant was the parking at the property and the beautiful little garden where you can recover from sightseeing. I would come back anytime.

Greatly communicated, having nearby landmarks such as Bologna, Ferrara, Modena, Ravenna... Despite being very close to the airport, we were never bothered by the planes. Well air-conditioned, with large rooms and comfortable beds on the top floor. Good table and televisions (one in one of the bedrooms and one larger, in the living room). Everything is very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Own parking space at the door. Good communication and kindness. As a better point, we could talk about the bathtub, classic but a little uncomfortable.

My partner and I stayed in Stefania's apartment on the weekend from April 4th to 7th. The house is impeccable in every order, cleanliness and cared for with personality, the check-in instructions are very clear and the location of the comfortable house a stone's throw from the main square of Lugo. Stefania is very kind, helpful and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying with you for those looking for a quiet weekend.

The host is very welcoming. We need the detergent. The heater stopped at night. It was handled the next day.

we arrived easily following Giacomo's precise directions and found everything we were looking for, nature, silence and relaxation! Not in the background, the property offered all the living spaces described by the host. I highly recommend it to those who "want to unplug." The local trattorias are also excellent.

There were four of us for an overnight stay on the weekend in Elena's apartment. This is ideal for several people, as it has three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. We all liked it very much, it is large, bright, friendly, nicely furnished, quietly located and has a balcony with views of the countryside and the landscape. Also in the beautiful large garden, surrounded by beautiful nature, there is an area where you can sit comfortably and, for example, end the day. Elena and Michael were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. They helped us with a question. We can really recommend the apartment.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Very happy with our stay at casa Luisa, very clean and well equipped. The village is within walking distance, and includes many shops and a nice market on Wednesdays. Spilamberto is located just between modene and Bologna, beautiful city. We loved cycling around the surrounding hills amid cherry blossoms, vineyards and green skating, always at the bottom of the valley the Panaro River... a very beautiful place. The house is very large and beautiful, it has all the necessary amenities. Everything was very tidy and clean when we arrived. Martina was always available to help and answer our questions.
