Miguel was a wonderful host. The place was wonderful. The pool had a shallow end that our 4 and 6 yo could stand and they enjoyed it a lot

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

We stayed at Casa CA-LI-AD with two families (4 adults, 3 kids under 8) and had an amazing experience. The listing is accurate—everything was as described, clean, and very family-friendly. It’s close to the airport, attractions, and a supermarket, which made things super convenient. During our stay, there was a rare island-wide blackout, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The property’s generator made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind. Pro tip: when using Uber, enter Casa CA-LI-AD with the dashes—otherwise it might not show up in the app. As a fellow Airbnb superhost, I can honestly say this place is exceptionally well cared for. Highly recommend for families!

Thank you Sonia for a wonderful stay! Your warm welcome and quick responses made everything so smooth. The coffee machine, came in handy. The house has so many other amenities besides the AMAZING views all around. House was very clean. We also appreciated the helpful local recommendations. Nearby is El Yunque Rainforest, Richie’s restaurant and Kiosk. We would definitely stay here again!

Manuals place is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. In a way it’s just like the photos but in another it’s better. We were two females and found it really comfortable and felt safe walking around. 5-10mins walk to the nearest beach depending on how slow you walk. And a lovely 20-30mins walk along the beach to the main area of Isla Verde. Lots of restaurants nearby plus Supermax with was open 24/7. Having read the reviews we were prepared for water issues but the water seemed consistently hot enough during our 8 night stay. Kitchen was great and the washer drier were a dream We had a slight issue with the clogging of the shower drain but that could’ve been my hair. Manual and his cousin came almost straight away and were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend and thanks again for fixing my glasses!!

Very accesible to everything you need. The space is very clean and felt like home. Jorge was a great host. We were in San Juan for work. So we cook, watch tv, order food, and went to local coffee shops that were like 5 mins away.

Very clean ! I felt very safe and secure, walkable. There’s a beach maybe 100 feet away, & luquillo Beach 5 minutes drive, where the kioskos are as well! Lots to do ! Traffic makes it a bit far from the airport maybe 45 minutes but it’s worth it ! Close to Carabalí & El Yunque rainforest (about 15 min drive) so it makes it worth it ! There are TONS OF AMENITIES! I honestly don’t remember if all are listen but many beach supplies, MANY !! Beach chairs, a wagon, surfing item, beach ball, beach towels and many games and board games to entertain ! The host is wonderful, communicates well and is very accommodating and flexible!! Some things have a little rust but can be expected since it’s a beach property!! Property also has iron, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash !! So once you go to the beach you’ll have everything you need, the host really considered their guest !!

Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

This place was amazing. Our first night there the neighborhood experienced a blackout, but Augusto and Liliana were very responsive and very helpful. They brought us over essentials like solar powered fans, flashlights, ice, and water which was very much appreciated. Besides that, the place is exactly as the pictures, beautiful and spacious. It is at a great & convenient location: many restaurants within walking distance, beach a block away, and La Placita a 5 min drive away. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Brad & Juanita condo was just right bed was conftoble water pressure was good The location was perfect, with many beaches nearby and We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. , our experience was amazing. We would highly recommend

This was one of the cleanest and well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed in, we definitely will be booking again. Everything was nice and clean, view from balcony and building was great. The host were very responsive to any and all of our questions.

I have been coming to PR for years and most of my stays are at Ashford imperial!! Robert, was AMAZING!! The condo is beautiful, just the right amount of furniture, clean, beautiful view, all the amenities you need, and more!!! This is the top 3 of my list of places to stay in the 15 years I have been coming here!!! Some people you can’t make happy as one of the reviews but trust me there were no roaches or other problems with our stay! He was accommodating and got us in right away since our flight arrived early in the am!! Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your place!! We will be back!!!

This 3-bed 2-bath is family friendly apartment in the heart of Condado, just a few minutes walk from beaches, restaurants and nightlife (yet the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful). The host, Ray, is extremely responsive. The apartment is well furnished and stocked and comes with parking spot. It's a perfect place to stay in San Juan. One detail we missed while booking is that the apartment does not have a dishwasher. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, but it's almost a given these days, so we were surprised to not find it. However, the apartment listing also clearly states what appliances are there - as I said, we missed this detail while booking. Overall, we had a great experience and I would stay again at Ray's place in a heartbeat!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was even more beautiful than the photos—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel welcome and at home. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. Jorge's home was beautiful and exactly as depicted in the pictures. We were very satisfied with the accommodations, his excellent communication, and the additional amenities that were provided.

Amazing spot we loved the location. Airbnb was stocked with anything we might need stuff that we thought we would have to buy were going to have to buy he had ready for us. If you came to Puerto Rico he gives you a whole list of what you should do in the island! He was amazing and his place was too!

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda and Rafael’s beautiful beachfront property. It was the perfect spot for quality time with our adult children and grandchildren. The shared terrace and the incredibly close beach access made our vacation truly special. We also had the pleasure of meeting Brenda and Rafael—such lovely, hospitable hosts. The location is great, with plenty of bars and eateries nearby that stayed open late, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable family getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Javier’s villa! He was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even on such short notice. The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a luxury getaway. Jose goes above and beyond for his house guests. Great communication between guests and host, messages were answered at times within minutes. The property is just as described and location is beautiful. No worries on power outages the property has a back-up generator and is solar powered! Just as mentioned it is best to use the coordinates Jose provides. Clear and easy instructions to all amenities on the property. He provided daily recommendations of activities. One day his co-host Norimar even stopped by with pastries and cute cookies for our children to paint! Thank you both so much for being great hosts. Now for the house ! This was a perfect location for a large group. We had 10 guests and we all were comfortable. The house has beautiful details. Just enough things to make home cooked meals and feel at home. The pool is PERFECT for kids, large pad to sit in the water. Pool toys & beach chairs available. I could go on and on! Thank you so much Jose; this trip was a huge success!

Leticia’s beautiful home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very comfortable for a family of 5, ages children to grandparent. We had more room and beds than we needed. I was impressed with her cleaning crew’s attention to detail, even on the outside spaces. The 2nd floor patio was excellent for morning coffee. Leticia’s communication was helpful and spot on with her recommendations for restaurants and activities. The waterfall at Gozalandia was a perfect day. The grounds and pool are well taken care of. This is no doubt one of the best rentals I’ve even been to.
