This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

Super cute studio with a great design! Two people move easily and the beds are comfortable! Great location close to everything!

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Great place to stay, very convenient location.

Loved our stay. The location was central to many of the things we wanted to see and do. The place was clean. I traveled alone with my 3 kids and felt safe staying here. The host communicated clearly regarding the location and it is a short 10 minute drive from the airport which was very convenient. They even accommodated a late check out which made my kids very happy because we were able to fit in a visit to San Juan on our last day. The best part was meeting Jorge’s mom, Aida. She was so loving and welcoming. Really made us feel like we were visiting family. She greeted us on our first morning and made sure to say goodbye on our last day. My kids asked if we could stay there every time we visit Puerto Rico because Aida felt like their Abuela. She sent us off with a blessing and prayer and waived goodbye as we drove off. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for such a warm welcome!!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Margarita. Joseph & Amber were amazing hosts and were very thoughtful and helpful through out our stay. From giving us little breakfast treats to accommodating our requests/ needs, they were truly astounding hosts. The place is described exactly as it was listed. It’s by no means is a modern place but gives local Puerto Rican house vibes. Having access to the beach gear: umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment etc were extremely helpful! It’s a small quaint little town and there is a small grocery store that is walkable.

Welcoming and pleasing aesthetic. Host was responsive but it took awhile. Host was accommodating with luggage drop off when I had an early flight. The only thing that I wish was clear was that it's a guest house to the house shown, so entrance is on the side. Also hot water was more like warm but it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that it was a safe, quiet neighborhood! Would stay again and definitely recommend. Very clean and modern.

If I could stay at this cozy apartment every time I visited Santurce, I absolutely would. The location is perfectly walkable, near everything you would want to do in San Juan and perfectly located for a nice walk back from the beach. Clean, cozy, and so homey- there is nothing more that you could want from this place. 100% worth it, especially because the garden is like a small oasis. The coquis, lizards, and birds populate this bnb and make it something out of a Disney movie! It was especially romantic for my anniversary trip. If you want to feel at home and have the freedom to cook, not be creeped out by hotel bed sheets, and really settle in to Puerto Rico, look no further!

This place is absolutely beautiful.The views are gorgeous,the pool is big and deep for swims with your family.The gym is a plus! Cooking in the kitchen outside by the pool was just amazing ,I could say it looks better in person than in the photos! Andrea was helpful and communicative and friendly.They do live in the property but you don’t see them at all, they give you all the privacy.They do have a baby that you can hear at times but nothing that bothered us at all. You can hear nature in the night and it helps you sleep peacefully. The experience was a 4.8 due to the fact that they had recently installed ac in one of the rooms but was not working the ac was leaking a lot which caused a foul smell in the room. Andrea did let me know about the ac not working and I also told her about the smell. The WiFi was also down for 2 days which I also communicated to her about. She was very apologetic and she did reach out to see how she could make things better. Overall I will still book again

Location felt very private and was beautiful to sit and watch the ocean in the morning, and the rain in the evening. Plenty of soaps, random sprays, items in the kitchen to aid in snacks, washing room, and the best part was the hosts. They brought me emergen - C, teas, and a lemon when I mentioned my throat hurt. They cut us some mangos from their tree when we said we liked mangos. They brought down their puppy for us to pet when we said we liked dogs. It seriously felt like meeting a relative from a different part of the world, the kindest warmest check in that really helped us feel at home.

Would visit again

The place is very decent and quiet, a good place to rest and at all times you feel very safe. The host is always very attentive. I recommend it a thousand times over. For anyone looking for a place to be quiet, this is the place

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

we stayed here for four months. and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made it feel like home and we were very comfortable and pleased with our home away from home.A special shout out to Carmen, who was so gracious and attentive. We look forward to returning again for another extended stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is great, and the place has everything you could need. It’s cozy, charming, and offers plenty of privacy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The perfect place!

One of the most unique Airbnbs I have stayed at. While it could very well work for a party, it is also perfect for a peaceful getaway.

I came here with my family and a friend, totaling 5 people including our child. I had an excellent time here. First and foremost the house was clean and did not have any insects inside. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms all had A/C's that worked extremely well. The living room was simple but comfortable. The kitchen was clean and everything worked. I did have an issue with the gas for the stove not being on but someone quickly came to turn it on. The bathroom was clean and had hot water which was great but could not figure out how to turn the light off. The bedrooms had comfortable beds with clean sheets. The washer and dryer were reliable and worked just fine. The Wi-Fi signal was very solid, never had any issues. You may notice some noise/vibration which I believe is related to the water usage, probably a pump, it's something to note but its not too bad. Overall this house delivers everything it advertises and everything just works. Would stay here again.
