Villa vacation rentals in San Juan

We have stayed at the Casitas before (in a different unit) and love the location. Lots to do from beaches, rain forest, boat trips or just lounging at the gorgeous pools. The place is beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. Our two complaints were that it could get quite noisy as the balconies faced the road with golf carts going back and forth and we did lose power (no fault of the unit owner) and there is no back-up generator. We still had an amazing time, and in-truth was better without electronics!

We just returned from an amazing stay at this jungle‐hilltop retreat! The house itself is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly positioned to take in those lush mountain views—especially from the pool deck, where each sunset felt like a private show. Our hosts were wonderfully attentive, always on hand with thoughtful suggestions for local trails, dining spots, and any little thing we needed. As for the driveway, we’d heard it might be tricky, but in our small SUV it proved totally manageable—and honestly added a bit of adventurous charm. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving comfort, privacy, and spectacular panoramas!

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

Ocean Casa has one of the most gorgeous views you’ll ever experience! I could sit out on the veranda every day and take in the natural beauty of the ocean, smaller islands and the lovely town of Las Croabas. The house was comfortable and modern, and the pool was fabulous! Yadira was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

I booked Rosa's home with my husband and another couple. The house is truly lovely and looks just like the pictures, including the phenomenal views and great location. There were so many wonderful details that made it feel like you were stepping back in time! The kitchen and baths were well provisioned, as well the house in general. Additionally, although we experienced a blackout while we were there, Rosa and Michael made it painless, graciously dropping off lanterns, phone chargers and lots of batteries. Highly recommend this lovely, historic home.

So beautiful we did not want to leave. Great pool, porch, and hammock. Played pickekball and had massages under the gazebo. we were loving life.

We had the most incredible experience at this vacation home in Puerto Rico for New Year’s Eve! From start to finish, the host and their team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The home was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that stood out was the host’s incredible diligence during a power outage on the island. They immediately provided us with battery chargers and flashlights cooler with ice to not to loose our food in the fridge to keep us comfortable and safe. Additionally, when we had an issue with the water heater, the team reacted so quickly and had it fixed in no time. Their responsiveness and care were unmatched! Puerto Rico is an amazing destination, and staying in this home made it even better. A huge thank you to the host and their team for making our New Year’s Eve unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back! Our goal was to find an upscale house that was quiet and outside the bustle of San Juan but close enough for occasional visits. Villa Maxine was exactly what we were hoping for. Charlotte's superb home is propped on the top of a large hill providing expansive views and privacy. The rooms are spacious with the living or great room being the center of activity and relaxation. The highlight, however, is the outdoor space. The decks around the gorgeous, clean and refreshing pool provide multiple choices for relaxing, sunbathing or eating. Trips to Old San Juan are a short 25 minutes and a rental car is a must. Communication with Charlotte and associates was immediate and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

The home was very beautiful and clean. We loved our stay. A few hiccups with the water going out and the brand new downstairs tv was not working, but Ricky was very responsive and quickly got things fixed and replaced. Took a few hours for the water to get back on, but it was great after that. We really appreciate Ricky getting us in at the last minute. He really was accomodating and attentive. Thank you so much.

We absolutely loved our stay at Joelis place! I without a doubt would stay here again and would recommend this stay to my friends! Such a perfect location!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Sheila’s Villa! Check in was seamless, the house was clean and cozy as pictured, communication was excellent! We got a notification that our key battery was low, and she responded within mins/the hour with a solution! Sheila even called me during my trip to check in on us to see how things were going! We loved spending mornings out back watching turtles, fish, and alligators swim by, the quick and easy access to all the beautiful attractions of San Juan, and most importantly how at home we felt in the community!

Maribel and Enrique were very gracious hosts. The house is centrally located with easy access to San Juan nightlife and sightseeing and easy to access the center mountainous region of the Isla del Encanto! The home was warm and welcoming with a beautiful patio area for morning coffee and evening rum! The coqui frogs serenaded us every evening. Would love staying here again.

Amazing stay and great host.

Beautiful, peaceful and worth every cent paid. You'll definitely need google maps to find the location. But let me tell you that nothing beats waking up every morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying the scenery from the balcony. The home was able to host our family and guests of 8 comfortably. The pool was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Yvonne's home to anyone. She was great, communitive and suggested local spots. Can't wait to go back!

Sonia’s place was a perfect home away from home. Safe, peaceful, Near the beach, el Yunque and lots of delicious food. Enclosed backyard which was a delight for the kids, we will definitely stay at Ms.Sonia’s home again. Thank you for being flexible with time during our check in.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. This home is beyond dreamy! Everything I had hoped for and SO MUCH MORE. Great location for anyone wanting to experience the Rainforest and authentic PR. ❤️❤️❤️ The host was so helpful, replied to everything within an hour and soooo accommodating. Can’t wait to come back!

Where do I even begin? This was hands-down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, the setting was absolutely beautiful, and the whole place felt safe, peaceful, and private—exactly what we were looking for. We felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Alex, our local host, was amazing. He met us at the property, walked us through the security gate setup, and gave us the full rundown on how to make the most of the amenities. He was super friendly and responsive—anytime I had a question, he replied right away and made me feel totally at home. Communication through the Airbnb app was also on point. The team was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be rebooking this place for future trips with my family. If you want to be close to San Juan but tucked away in a private, upscale, and beautifully maintained spot—this is it. 5 stars!!!!

Stayed with a group of 12 for a bachelor party and the place was perfect!!!! The house is amazing and in such a prime location. Next time in PR with more than 8 I’ll pay a little extra and just stay here again 10/10 will be back

Loved the pool, pool table, kitchen, ceiling fans, Alexa speaker, and more. So many fun ways to spend your time. Perfect for large groups especially with kids. The landscaping is so beautiful, can tell a lot of work went into it.

My best friends and I planned a girls trip and we wanted a pool and a view. This place did not disappoint! The three bedrooms with AC to set to our own preferences, the back doors that would open up completely to have our breakfast at the dining table overlooking amazing views, and the pool itself that we sipped champagne in each morning was just perfect!! We were nervous at first based on reviews that the drive would be difficult, but it was actually pretty fun driving up the mountain each day to get home. It rained a ton while we were in PR, but we never once felt unsafe. We'd stay here again with no concerns.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Dorado! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Our interactions with the host, Brenda, were easy and smooth—she was very responsive and made sure we felt welcome from the start. Her local recommendations were perfect and really helped us make the most of our trip. Everything we needed, restaurants, shops, and the beach—was walkable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, being under 45 minutes from Old San Juan was a huge bonus. You can tell Brenda takes pride in the home, and it really shows. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Dorado!

Great location and host. It was a very quiet neighborhood but very accessible. The pool is amazing. Marvin is a great host! Very friendly and responsive. We would rent again if we visit PR!
