Vacation rentals in San Juan

Great value for money. Cesar is a responsive host with the place having the basic amenities needed for a place to stay when you're spending all your time exploring outside, not for lounging. The space can hold 2 people and the neighborhood was in a convenient location, was quiet and felt safe.

Enjoyed the stay very comfortable. Easy access to beach. A/C worked very well. Restaurants near location to walk to. 24/7 supermarket called Pueblo near by. Good prices. Theres a bakery called Panaderia España the pastries are to die for, and their bread was so delicious. 2 thumbs up. Staff at anb were very helpful and nice. Eddy and Diana were very responsive to all our questions. Looking forward for our next visit in Sept. For Bad Bunny concert.

no blackout curtains. and no instructions for wi-fi. both would have been appreciated.

The apartment was very clean and organized. I really appreciated the beach chairs that were available to use. It was just a short block walk to the beach-which was beautiful. Check in was very easy. Location is great-very close to the airport and other attractions. I do wish there would've been a designated parking spot, it was hard to find street parking and the pool was a bit dirty so we didn't end up using it. Overall a great stay for our 1st two nights in PR.

Will is an excellent host. The instructions provided were extremely helpful and descriptive. We knew exactly what to do and how to access the apartment. Will even provided an excellent list with suggestions of things to do on the island. I was born and raised on the island so I can wholeheartedly say the recommendations were spot on. Will even provided a starter assortment which was a nice surprise.

Check in was very easy. Walkable to lots of different bars and restaurants. This was an amazing experience at the this Airbnb. The place is worth it and the view is spectacular. If you plan on getting a rental you would have to park on the sides of the road which I never had problems finding.

This place is so beautiful, had such a great vacation here. Jenniffer is super helpful and explained everything perfectly. My brother accidentally left his wallet there and she immediately notified me and now is shipping it back to his house. The location is absolutely perfect, the beach is 5 minutes away and literally stores, restaurants, and bars right across the street. Will definitely be booking again in the near future.

This was a fantastic location - I came with my husband and both sets of parents. The three bedrooms were a godsend, the air conditioning worked great, and the full kitchen allowed us to eat out less (if we wanted) - and to be able to take full advantage of left overs when we did. Just a few short walks to the beach, we always felt safe, and Rob and Lali are very communicative.

This home was absolutely perfect for our needs! It was SPOTLESS, modern, comfortable, and sweetly decorated. The location was perfect for our needs: in a very quiet and nice area of Condado, but still very close by foot to the hustle and bustle, as well as the beach. The parking spot was also very helpful. Dionisio was very responsive and kind, our family enjoyed our stay and appreciated all his help. We would stay here again :)
