House vacation rentals in San Juan

Miguel was very understanding and fast with communication. He even recommended places for us to eat at. There was a problem in the house and he quickly resolved that we no issue.We would definitely stay here again! It felt like we were in a safe community and welcomed!

The location of this Airbnb was amazing!! Cheap Ubers and places to walk! Literal steps from the beautiful beach as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Puerto Rico!

The place has a large space, with a pool and entertainment. It has a good location because it is close to the airport. It is a family and residential neighborhood. By car it is very close to Isla Verde. The house is very comfortable. It has two bathrooms, one inside and one outside, and ample parking space.

My family and I have stayed at many airbnb's. But this one has by far met our expectations. Christie was accommodating, quick responses, and went out of her way to make sure that we we lacked for nothing. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We had no pests, no mosquitos, or bugs in the house. Being we were in Puerto Rico It was sort of expected. But to our surprise, there were none. The grounds are very well kept, and they capture the island vibe both inside the home and out. I would also like to say that Christe developed a PDF file that contained everything you needed to know about Airbnb, about the pool, as well as checking in and checking out. Driving direction, links and suggestions for loads of stuff in the area. It was so informative, and it was only a click away on my phone. Thank you, Christie. We had a safe, wonderful time, and we would love to go back next year. Thank you again! Amazing fun and great memories were made!

The house had every amenity as promised plus some nice surprises like laundry detergent (I could have packed fewer clothes and just washed) some condiments and spices for cooking, etc. Make sure you understand how to cook on an induction cooktop (we had to find and read the instructions). The pool area is very quiet, and the water was WARM! Great experience. I would definitely go back!

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

Jose’s house was a great stay. Clean space, nicely decorated, great air conditioning, and the comfiest Airbnb bed I’ve slept in, I had to look at the mattress brand because I want one in my house! Felt safe and we loved the garden in the back yard. Would definitely recommend

awesome place to stay, exactly like pictures, neighborhood looks wired initially as we were in PR first time then realize this is how it is and get use to of it, close to airport and lot of other things, had an awesome stay no issues at all so many things to list that were great - will definitely stay again to this same place.

The ride to the house was easy and it was very easy to find and easy to make our way inside, parking was very nice gates open and was able to park car inside , inside the home was very homey and spacious and AC was very nice kitchen was nice living room and bedrooms were top notch! I had no complaints it had everything we needed! I even ran into a problem with the key! Messaged the owner and they responded so quickly and say no problem a new key will be comin within the hour and they did not FAUL!! I appreciated it so much very much worth the money and my 5 star rating!

The house was very nice and I loved the theme throughout. It had everything we needed like washer and dryer, blow dryer, speakers, TV in each room, and plenty of mirrors. The space was more than enough for the two of us. The host was extremely responsive, he always replied within a few minutes, and kept us informed ahead of time (for example, letting us know when the AC tech would stop by). A few things to keep in mind: the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, the house is near an airport so you’ll hear planes at night, and the neighbors can sometimes be a bit noisy. Also, some of the items in the home weren’t the best quality.

Was a pleasure to be host from Jose Anthony, you can’t expect more everything is very accessible from the house to the restaurants to the highway to go anywhere you have to go is right in the middle of every place And the host was always attentive and very friendly and respectful offering more than just the beautiful home but also getting back to us every time we have a question with perfect suggestions and always very friendly available

Brian was a great host! He communicated well and answered all our questions promptly. This Airbnb was also in a great location, the beach was walking distance and great food spots around.

Incredibly kind and helpful host! She really went out of her way to help us out with an issue with important packages we had sent to the place, allowed us to check-out late & early as needed, and even had some waters & yogurts in the fridge for us when we arrived. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels, goggles for the beach, a beach bag, and she even came to lend us an umbrella when we got some heavy rainfall. The place is walking distance to the beach & Calle Loiza with lots of great restaurants & cafes nearby; we felt safe but be careful walking alone late at night. We enjoyed our stay very much. Was perfect location my family was very close by. Plenty of good food around there. The gate was perfect for the family to feel totally secure. Accommodations were perfect. nice and clean. we had mad fun hanging out by the pool.

Great place to stay, Looked exactly like in the photos and host was responsive. Close to the airport, 10 min drive to the Isla verde beach and 15min drive to Old San Juan. The only disappointment was that there was a power outage in the area for one night ( its out of control by the owner or host) and there was no generator or battery light in the stay. But the host was kind enough to refund for one night. I would suggest the owner or host to add an emergency light for future and also some additional linens or blankets.

We had an amazing time and loved the place! It was in the middle of everything. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and we couldn’t appreciate it more.

From the start she was super nice and responsive very quick.Sha gave me recommendations for things in the area and made sure she gave me times frames of how far things where.Arriving was great and easy I loved she has surveillance camera around the house to make sure we where safe and had a generator just in case of a black out.The house was clean and super at home and I would recommend this home to anyone as well as I will definitely be coming back.
