Smoking friendly vacation rentals in San Juan

Good stay with very kind hosts. They left all the coffee fixings and personal hygiene items. They offered a late checkout and are very easy to communicate with. If you are looking for an affordable, convenient and easy stay this is it.

We were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was exactly as described in the post. Luquillo Beach is awesome, family oriented, peaceful, and relaxing. They had stores and restaurants close by. And if you go, be sure to go to the kiosks. Great food!!

Man what can I say Manuel’s place was a delight and pretty central we rented a car and it wasn’t bad at all. The only thing is the shower water was warm. Other than that thank you for the time and will be booking again if we come back to PR

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

Enjoyed my stay here! Great property, super close to airport but also not far from the beaches and San Juan.

We had a great stay at Andres' apartment! The location was perfect, in a lovely area that was walkable, clean and safe, allowing our three teens some freedom to grab breakfast in the morning, get ice cream at night, and swim in the lagoon during the day (where they found some amazing starfish as big as their hands!). Plus, it was close to Old San Juan and an easy day trip to El Yunque rainforest, both of which we visited. The bathrooms don't have AC so they were a little warm and stuffy at times, but the AC in the living area and bedrooms was plenty powerful. We also greatly appreciated the free parking spot. We would stay here again!

Excelente ubicación, es un vecindario tranquilo y algo céntrico lo cual es bueno porque no tuvimos malas experiencias con la electricidad en nuestra estadía. La casa cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina (sazones), baño (papel, toallas, jabones y shampoo), habitaciones (sábanas y aire acondicionado).

Overall easy check in and out. Place was cozy and clean. Unfortunately there was an island wide power outage that happened while we were away at a beach but the host reached out very quickly to let us know what was going on. They have a backup solar panel as well. Everything as described! The location was conveinant. I'll be booking again when we return to the island. Check the house to see what you need before going out to buy things for your stay because it may be there, like seasonings for cooking LOL! We didn't and bought to much so the next guests will have items we had to leave behind. Overall 10 out of 10.

The location was pretty central to everything of interest in the metro area. The country roads to access the place could be challenging to drivers not used to steep hills and narrow roads, but the amazing views are worth taking on the adventure. The set up is rustic, with plenty to do and enjoy as a retreat to just kick back, or as a home base after a day of exploring. José is quick to respond to any inquiries and has a very pleasant demeanor.

Samuel’s place is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had everything we needed. We loved listening to the nighttime sounds. Sitting outside at night was one of our favorite times. If you want to be in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, then this is the place for you! Highly recommend Samuel’s place.

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place!

Larry was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. The house was on a fantastic spot—less the a 5 minute was to restaurants, food trucks, bars, the liquor store, and most importantly, the beach. Would recommend!

Great place to stay in Guaynabo. Worked very well for my colleagues and me. Terrace provided nice views in all directions.

Carlos was an amazing host. He let us check in early and gave us amazing local recommendations. Will definitely book with him again in the future when we want to visit Luquillo beach again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. I came with my husband, mother-in-law and 1-year-old daughter. It was comfortable and cozy for all of us. The views of the ocean from the condo was incredible and breathtaking. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. I will stay again. Thank you!

We loved Gabriel’s place. The views of the ocean were amazing, the place was just steps from the beach, from the kiosks in Luquillo, and from other great restaurants in Luquillo. Parking was easy, the apartment was clean, it all felt very safe, and Gabriel was a very helpful and communicative host! We’d definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place! The condo is comfortable and nicer than the photos show. We loved the rooftop terrace and the quiet location. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was wonderful! Having a grocery store right down the road was really nice and Nancy was very responsive to all of our questions! A couple things that would be helpful to know for your stay here: it is on the top floor (super nice!!) so you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs. We loved Seven Seas Beach and La Pared Beach in Luquillo! They are about 15-20 minutes away via car so renting/having a car is a must! The condo is located in Luis M Cintron, not in downtown Fajardo which means that it's quiet and calm but not walkable to a beach. Having beach chairs provided was amazing. We did not end up using the pools but they looked really nice and didn't seem busy or crowded. So, if you're looking for an affordable Puerto Rico vacation we definitely recommend Nancy's place!

Nice place. The ocean is beautiful but no beach to swim at in front of property. Clean and everything listed. Felt safe in area. Lots to do if you have a car.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!
