Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Besonders die Ruhe im Haus und auf der Terrasse waren sehr angenehm, wenn man mal eine Pause von der quirligen Stadt braucht. Ho soggiornato con altre 3 amiche nell’appartamento di Susanna. Tutto nuovo e pulito. Spazi ampi e arredati con gusto. Posizionato nel quartiere Venezia, tranquillo, ma pieno di posticini per mangiare e bere. Un’esperienza davvero positiva!

This cozy place is the perfect home base for your Florence exploration. Literally anything you want to see is a 1-15 min walk. This beautiful, safe building is steps from Duomo. You can hear its bells ringing from the lovely balcony. The glass doors are so thick that when closed the bells can’t be heard so won’t disturb you. Beds were comfy. Convenient kitchen. Bathrooms are surrounded in gorgeous marble. But the best feature is Marin himself!! He really made our stay fabulous by providing local advice ahead of our stay and during - always responsive and helpful. We feel lucky to have found this gem and hope to return again.

This place is incredible. Two floors of lovely, classy, clean apartment space with plenty of room for everyone. The upstairs terrace is incredible. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Incredibly clean. It would be easy to spend a season here. And bonus! Not only a washing machine, but a dryer, too! Alessandro was very welcoming and helpful. It felt like an old friend excited to share his place with us and all the amazing things we could do there. Restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Thank you!!!!

Családi nyaraláson voltunk. A lakás elhelyezkedése ideális Toszkána felfedezéséhez. A területen két lakás és egy raktár vagy üzem található ahol a saját oliva termelésüket dolgozzák fel. Nagyon finom az oliva olajuk, vettünk is belőle. David fogadott minket, nagyon kedves barátságos volt, mindent megmutatott, és nyugodtan hívhattuk volna, ha bármi bajunk lett volna, de nem volt. Szuperül érzetük magunkat.

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato estremamente piacevole. La camera matrimoniale, dotata di una TV Samsung Smart, offre un ambiente confortevole e ben arredato, ideale per momenti di relax. Il bagno e la cucina risultano entrambi funzionali e forniti di tutto il necessario per un’esperienza comoda e autonoma. Il valore aggiunto della proprietà è senza dubbio l’area esterna: un giardino curato e accogliente, perfetto per godere di momenti di tranquillità. A completare l’esperienza, una vasca idromassaggio situata accanto al giardino, ideale per vivere un momento intimo e rigenerante. La posizione della struttura, a breve distanza dal centro di Firenze, la rende particolarmente adatta sia per soggiorni romantici che per chi desidera esplorare la città senza rinunciare al comfort e alla quiete. Un’esperienza che ci sentiamo di consigliare con convinzione.

Magnifique maison, avec le charme de l'ancien et une vue à couper le souffle. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et on s'y sent bien. D'autres personnes peuvent également être sur place, car la maison est séparée en plusieures parties. De notre côté, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les voisins, et l'endroit est suffisamment grand pour avoir son espace à soi. La communication avec Barbara était très bien, elle nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin et répondait promptement. L'arrivée en voiture n'est pas si compliquée, il faut simplement s'assurer que le GPS évite une route fermée. Nous avons suivi les instructions de Barbara et tout s'est bien passé. Dans l'ensemble, cette maison nous a permis de passer un bon moment, de nous relaxer pendant nos vacances, et son charme authentique a provoqué quelques touches de nostalgies.

Posto stupendo, grande ospitalità torneremo sicuramente. Andrea ci ha accolti come se ci conoscessimo da sempre, e’ stato come stare a casa propria. Il giardino è favoloso e la pergola un posto ideale dove passare una serata in compagnia. Super consigliato

wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Caterina sehr genossen. sehr saubere große Wohnung, in der wie uns wie Zuhause fühlten. die Gegend ist ruhig und alles nötige zu die erreichbar. wir würden gerne wieder kommen. vielen lieben Dank!

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele nützliche Informationen für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Unternehmungen wurden uns von Elisabeth zur Verfügung gestellt . Vielen Dank und alles Gute.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very good stay in this super nice Villa, calm and close to Siena. We recommend this place for sure ! Small very cool extra, the property cat is really nice and friendly and pass-by to say Hi in the evening or morning !

Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber, super freundlich und regiert überaus schnell. Der persönliche Empfang und check-in durch Aurora war ebenfalls sehr herzlich, freundlich und sehr professionell. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG eines charmanten Altbaus (Aufzug) und wurde augenscheinlich erst vor kurzem hochwertig komplett saniert. Eiche-Parkett in allen Räumen, ein großzügiges Bad mit Travertin Paneelen und mineralischer Wandputz zeugen ebenso von Sinn fürs Detail wie die stilsichere Einrichtung von gutem Geschmack. Der kleine Balkon zum ruhigen Hof ist ein echter Gewinn! Die Lage könnte besser kaum sein: die Galleria dell’Accademia buchstäblich um die Ecke, Duomo und Cappelle Medicee nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Unzählige Bars und Restaurants quasi vor der Haustüre, Carrefour und andere kleine Supermärkte in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen… Kurzum: fabelhafte Wohnung in perfekter Lage!! Wenn nochmals Florenz, dann gerne wieder dort

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Super Unterkunft, noch schöner als auf den Bildern und mit sehr herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern :) Das stattliche Anwesen ist wunderschön gelegen mit vielen Tieren und herrlichen Blick über die Ebene. Das ganze Casentino Valley ist gut mit dem Fahrrad, Bahn oder Auto zu erreichen. Besonders Freundlich war es für uns Unterstützung von den Gastgebern bei der An-und Abreise mit dem Zug zu erhalten und Fährräder für Unternehmumg vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellt zu bekommen. Leider war das Wetter Anfang Mai nicht so gut, aber sonst alles einfach wunderschön! Vielen Dank!

Wir sind als Paar gereist und haben uns in der Wohnung von Alessandra sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Obwohl sie sich mitten im Zentrum von Florenz befindet, ist die Wohnung selbst sehr ruhig und mit dem schönen Balkon eine kleine Oase der Ruhe zum Auftanken und Erholen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es befinden sich aber auch viele tolle Restaurants, Bars usw. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt mit Alessandra war sehr sympathisch und zuverlässig, sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles rund um die Wohnung und Umgebung zu erklären und wir haben die Check-In sehr flexibel individuell abgestimmt. Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit dort und Alessandra ist eine herzliche und sehr gut organisiere Gastgeberin.

First I would like to extend my thank you for Rachele and Sabina We requested and early check in so that we can park our car in La Spezia whilst we explored Cinque Terre. She didn't have to but has been extremely accommodating. Moreover, she stayed to ensure we're fine, had all the patience to explain everything So by the time we came back, they had kindly took our luggage upstairs. on the next day, we asked for delayed checkout and Rachele even took the rubbish from our hands to help us and offered us to let our car park there (our flight wasn't till late) so that we can go exploring! I would give 10 stars as they had exceptional customer service. Flat was clean and had beautiful views Thank you again for hosting us

Alessandra este o super gazda, foarte receptiva (la sosire a venit soțul și ne-a luat de la aeroport). Cu toate că este o locație aproape de centru, te poți bucura de liniștea din împrejurimi.

Our first trip to Europe! The condo was clean, and close enough to walk to everything we wanted. One thing you should know, you need to be able to climb 22 steps before arriving at an elevator. Not a problem for us, but others should know. Thanks for making our trip memorable!

L'alloggio corrispondeva alle foto ed era molto pulito, anche se non ci siamo incontrati, Matteo è sempre stato disponibile e chiaro nelle indicazioni tramite messaggi. Consiglio l'appartamento soprattutto per la comodità della stazione a soli 9 min a piedi (in 30 minuti di treno sei a Firenze). Molto apprezzato anche il giardinetto! Ci tornerei volentieri!
