Super nice and friendly host, clean accommodation equipped with everything, very positive experience. The exterior is also remarkable, unfortunately due to bad weather we did not take advantage of it. 10 minutes from the center of Carpi and 30 minutes from Modena, relaxing property. In short, great value and recommended!!

Apartment in the center of the village with pharmacy, rotisserie, bar, bank, supermarket and dog run (with grass and fountain!!! ) all close to home. Everything is clean and tidy. The host was always ready to help me by giving me advice on the area and the beautiful walks to take with the dog in the surroundings. Highly recommended!!!!

We spent three nights in Matteo's apartment. The first thing that struck us was the cleanliness, the care in the furnishings and details in every single room. Having food problems we used the kitchen, where I found everything I needed. In short, it really was like being at home. Excellent communications for check-in and also the location is great for getting around, as well as close to the center and a supermarket. Absolutely recommended, we will definitely be back!
