Giuseppe came in person to welcome us. His apartment was recently renovated, so everything is in great condition and perfectly matches the expectations that one makes when looking at the site, in fact it is better with the undisclosed precautions, such as mosquito nets at all windows, which do not spoil in August. The house is still being embellished, in a quiet and reserved setting, but minutes from both Nicotera and Nicotera Marina. Truly a nice experience, perfect for discovering its beautiful land. Highly recommended!

Chiara and Zio Ciccio are exquisite people who are always available and responsive hosts. We had a cleanliness issue NOT ATTRIBUTABLE to the host but it was promptly resolved. Ideal for the tranquility of the area, the sea is very nice and the beaches are not crowded. The apartment is convenient as a location to reach the different tourist destinations. Highly recommend this place. Very comfortable and perfectly clean apartment. The house is really much better that in the pictures. A beautiful terrace with garden and sea views. In the house we had all we needed for our stay and the kitchen is well equipped. Alessandro is a very responsive and caring host. He meet us when we arrived and give us all the information needed.
