Monthly Rentals in San Carlos Island

Everything was fantastic! The whole house felt very clean and had a lot of amenities. For a sun loving family the pool was great and was in the sun nearly all day. The kitchen setup was great and enjoyed the double sinks and double garbage drawers. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again!

Andi’s place was exactly what we needed. We had never been to the area so wanted to get something accessible to FMB as well as Sanibel and Captiva. We had coffee on the porch with warm sunshine, which was welcomed after a long MA winter. We walked each morning to FMB, just across the bridge, got coffee and a breakfast sandwich and then walked back. We wandered so hard to tell exactly direct distance, but it was not bad at all. The neighborhood was quiet with the exception of some construction across the street, but they were only there during the day and we were gone. We love to cook in but this vaca we did not. The kitchen had basic items like salt and pepper, plates , cups, wine glasses, etc. the house had all the beach gear we needed! We so appreciated the beach wagon, towels, beach bag, chairs and umbrella. This was KEY!! Thank you again, Andi for hosting!

Perfect quiet beach bungalow and only a short walk to everything. If you are not a beach person doesn’t matter —there is a shared pool where we met several friendly guests and we all said the same thing… Awesome location, beautiful brand new decor and all the amenities needed for an awesome beach getaway. We will be back!

Really nice place - modern, comfortable, clean. Morning coffee on the deck above the canal, so relaxing. Within walking distance of Ft Myers Beach (over the bridge), restaurants and bars. Loved having our beloved Aussie along - short drive to the dog beach! Would definitely return to this beach house!
