We had a wonderful time. The house was just as pictured, the view, with a remarkable location. A favorite, it was sad to leave this magical place. David is a nice person. Great place to stay just back from the coast and within a short cycle or drive to Saint Brevin Ocean. Some lovely cycling around the area around the coastal fringes especially Pornic and the peninsula. We would stay again and explore other places.

Our stay went very well. Valérie as well as Magali and Stéphane were very responsive and available. The house was very clean and really well-equipped. The enclosed land is a plus because we had animals. We were not far from the beach, which is not the most beautiful. As you get closer to Saint-Brévin Sud, the beaches are more pleasant and they are not far away. If I had to note a negative point, it would be the traffic delay that took place on Raymond Poincaré Avenue in front of the house following tests on a lane for incidents on the Saint Nazaire bridge. Waze is diverting motorists. No luck, the traffic seemed to be less heavy at the time of our departure. I hope this doesn't affect this house, which is lovely.

Charming little house with a large well-fenced garden, which is ideal when you come with your dog. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed being able to access, among other things, the beaches on foot. Dorothée is responsive and available to answer any question we may have. If we have the opportunity to return to this beautiful area, we will not hesitate to rent this accommodation again.

Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! We had a great time! Richard is a really welcoming and friendly host. The hosting was perfect as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is new, very clean and perfectly equipped: coffee, sugar, paper towels, and even a few squares of chocolate were waiting for us. It immediately feels like home. The beach and city center are easily accessible on foot, which is very convenient. A big thank you to Richard for his kindness and thoughtful hospitality. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent stay. Smiling and pleasant welcome, responsive and agile. Ideal accommodation for families with lots of little extras (games, books, toilet reducer, kitchen equipment, etc.). Tastefully decorated, pleasant and practical, feet in the water! We'll be back without hesitation ;-)

The apartment was lovely. Light, comfy, more spacious than you might think. A cosy design and style. Well located, a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk to the coast, easy access to town and area. Independent access to apartment with balcony, but above Valerie and Christopher if anything needed.
