Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in France

We stayed one night at Alexandre and Laëtitia's place for a wedding in a nearby castle and everything was perfect! They are very welcoming and responsive, offering us useful recommendations for moving between cities (we don't have a car). The apartment is clean, quiet and tidy. No complaints!

We found ourselves at Julie's place like home this little house with blue shutters delighted us because of its proximity to the beach, its complete amenities, its decoration quite to our liking we strongly recommend this stay

We had a lovely Christmas at Olga's place. It was very cozy and nicely decorated. Olga had prepared a Christmas tree for our arrival and was very attentive to our comfort. We were unfortunately not able to enjoy the garden given the weather, but it is also well equipped. We would recommend this listing.

Great private place with great terrace, everything is clean from floor to linen bed and towel. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and their bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were very well received. 2 steps from the house is inter-market, which is very convenient for some purchases and the gas station:) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would recommend this place 2000%.

Spending a few days at Joanne's, attentive, available, responsive as well as discreet, rejuvenated us in a charming, authentic, cozy and very peaceful environment. Feeling a little at home with all the amenities, generous and original spaces was a real getaway… A real treat for the whole family thanks to a high level of hospitality and real kindness.

Very nice accommodation. Very spacious for the number of people and very well-equipped. The baby kit provided is a real plus! And the spa is a real treat at the end of the day!

We spent a weekend with friends at this place. The listing matches the listing photos, it is close to the center (within walking distance), very quiet and quite spacious. We did not meet Guillaume in person but he informed us very well and it was easy to communicate with him.

Stayed for 6 nights, absolutely perfect apartment. Host always responded to my questions! Bumped into numerous times outside and always welcoming and happy to chat! Absolutely would love to stay here again! 100% recommend! Not too far from the slopes or morzine town centre. Idealic location and amazing views of the mountains right on your doorstep! Nighttime’s are silent. Would be lovely in the summer sitting outside looking at the stars.

Very nice stay at Jérôme's, the accommodation is clean, well located,pleasant , peaceful , as in the photos . Jérôme is very friendly, responsive and helpful if needed. Responsive and friendly hosts, impeccable and comfortable accommodation, top-notch services when traveling with children (secure access with an inner courtyard, baby furniture, toys and books, beds made on arrival and bed linen...). i come to Ussel several times a year and would not hesitate to come back. Absolutely perfect place to stay. Furniture, decor, cleanliness, best of the best! We enjoyed staying here and will be back with great pleasure. Bruno and his wife are adorable and appreciable, very flexible on check-in times. Bruno is super responsive, if you have any questions about how the home works. In short , go for it! Book! Extra detail, the beautiful beach nearby is not very busy. Thank you for everything Bruno:)

We had a great time at the place. The place is very clean, very functional, everything is well thought out. The 2 terraces are a real plus, breakfast with the sunrise in the back. The pool, as well as tennis courts are nearby and accessible. We will be back!
