It's a lovely waterfront apartment. Great location 5 min by car from city center. a wonderful terrace when you can enjoy a peaceful evening with a great view. the house is very confrotable, clean, tidy and well furnished. You can find everything you need. Caroline provides you everything. She is a lovely person, kind and fully helpfull with everything. check in and check out super easy.

The apartment is the perfect place to stay for a vacation on the French Atlantic coast. The apartment is very spacious and offers great views of the sea. In addition, Ann-Laure and Claude are very friendly hosts. We liked it very much and therefore we can recommend the apartment without reservation!

What a bright, clean, quiet and beautiful home with beautiful views of the sea on one side and home gardens on the other. Anne thought of everything and we had a perfect stay. We also appreciated an excellent hot shower and the laundry machine. She was also always responsive and helpful.

Very nice apartment. Very clean. Beautiful sea view with large terrace and deckchairs. 50 m from the beach, ideal! And very close to shops, perfect! However, no wifi in the residence… what a shame!

A nice stay at this place, fully equipped! Ideal location, close to the seaside and only about ten minutes from the center, enough to do everything on foot! I recommend it!

We had a great time at Cath's place. Cath is a thoughtful, warm and available host. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, with stunning views of the sea and the island of Noirmoutier. The residence is very quiet. The heated pool and parking are a real plus, and direct access to coastal trails is ideal for walks. We'll be happy to go back!

Everything was perfect! The house was warm, very cozy, and we immediately felt good there. Everything is designed for a pleasant stay, and the jacuzzi was really a big plus: we had a great relaxing time there. Thank you again for your hospitality and attention to detail. We'll be happy to go back!

The only downside is that the Waze app doesn't take us to the accommodation! You really have to use Google Maps! This does not take away from everything else, which was very good with a very personalized and original accommodation

Impeccable, clean and very cozy accommodation. Audrey welcomed us with great kindness and attention — from the delicious breakfast to the bottle of rosé, everything was perfect. The jacuzzi is absolutely amazing! Too bad the weather wasn't good, but we still enjoyed it.
