We really enjoyed our stay with the peaceful neighborhood and coffee shops nearby. It was nice getting away from the Venice crowds. The rooms were comfortable and the place was clean, and a coop grocery nearby for supplies. Lovely sunset strolls just a block away! Thanks for a great stay!

a big THANK YOU to Nicole for hosting us!! A charming and available person, who makes every effort to satisfy us, and advise us as best as possible. The accommodation is impeccable, well located, close to tourist places (barely 10 min by vaporetto, and the station is a 2 min walk), while being on a quiet island far from the crowds that is Giudecca, which is very nice after a good day of walking. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, and even more because Nicole leaves us plenty of small touches to satisfy us and guide us in Venice. Another Venice for those who want to discover Venice and experience it as close as possible to the Venetians. The apartment is comfortable with stunning views and a large Coop store is right next door. It's very convenient for families and the Giudecca is very well served by Vaporetto to go anywhere and explore Venice. A great stay in the countryside in Venice. We'll be happy to go back! Our son even played with the children on the campo after school! Visiting and experiencing Venice. A great pleasure.

This is a lovely very bright and sunny apartment with stunning views of the lagoon. It’s convenient to the vaporetto (just be aware there are 2 bridges with stairs if you have heavy luggage) and very close to supermarket, cafes, etc. Rossana was very good with communication and helpful when I needed to pick up a piece of luggage after check out.
