Waterfront Retreat in Renovated Historic Building

The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . " cheers ..The interaction with my guests will be discreet but swift if needed... Giudecca is the place to hang out with locals and artists. Share stories while sipping a Spritz and walk along the canal while taking in the views. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries. The location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, but close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. It felt like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. They also gave some great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.
