My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Cindy's house. We were there for the entire month of December. Cindy was very responsive. There was a small mechanical issue from one of the prior guests and Cindy had it taken care of immediately! She was very communicative and helpful all throughout our entire stay. We really like the house, the large and functional kitchen, the beds are amazingly comfortable. There is a very convenient reverse osmosis drinking water spout next to the kitchen sink. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, and being on a cul de sac is nice too. Lots of large windows to let in the wonderful sunshine. We were able to utilize the garage also, very clean and tidy. Nice firepit, grill and outdoor table. There are several small playground parks in the neighborhood and a huge park about 10 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. If we are in need of a place to stay again in Maricopa, we hope that Cindys house is available.

Check in and check out was very easy with clear instructions as well as other details about our stay provided by the host. The house was very clean and comfortable and the area/neighborhood around was very quiet and private. Stores and other fast food places were a short drive away which was also nice. Overall, it was a great stay and the host was very kind and accomodating!

Nancy was extremely helpful and responsive. Her place was exactly what we were looking for and in the best location for us. I enjoyed the Arizona room and the easy access to the property.
