Stunning house for rent in Valencia city

CharlesRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Vast accommodation with character, in a quiet neighborhood. Functional and clean. Very warm welcome from Carola. It provides two bikes that allow easy access to the City of Arts and Sciences in 10 minutes, the city center in 25 minutes and the beach. The presence of a patio allows meals to be taken outside. Let's wholeheartedly recommend this listing.

My family and I have just returned from a weeks stay in Valentina’s house and everything exceeded our expectations! Valentina is a super host and was very helpful in every way. The property is in a great location in a very quiet Road just minutes from all the beautiful restaurants of Pollença. I have to mention the quality of the beds as they were the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! We were blessed with incredible weather which made our stay absolutely perfect. This was our tenth time staying in Pollenca and this property is up there with the best. Thank you Valentina, we will be back if you will have us xx

Cas Sovis

LydiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely stay at Cristofol’s place this summer. He was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The location is a quiet town, and it took us approximately 20 minutes to get to local beaches and larger supermarkets. This may be quicker once the roadworks in the town finish.

Amazing location

CathaysaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The apartment is just as described by the host. Very clean and tidy. Downtown Fuengirola. It's true that the elevator is small, but it works properly. We only use it to take our bags up and down. Nathalie is a sweetheart and was always attentive to everything. We definitely made the right choice.

Apartment near downtown, private parking

AurélieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment: the instructions for accessing it are very clear and the video helps, as it is not easy to understand spontaneously. The location is ideal (20mn from the Giralda on foot), in a popular and secure neighborhood. We appreciated the little welcome touches, and the products available during our stay. The neighborhood may have been a bit noisy the first night but this is unique to promiscuity life. José and Diego were very responsive in communication, it's reassuring. We would recommend it.

Very well located apartment 5 minutes walk from the historic center, in a quiet and tranquil area. The apartment was very clean with all the necessary amenities, as advertised. A big thank you to Inma who welcomed us personally and provided us with all the useful explanations. A small mention for the lobby of the building which is beautiful in an Andalusian style.

Apartment RITA

FrankRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Apartment RITA was a true find. It's in a prime location, across from the beach in Sitges. It is walking distance from many food options. It is tastefully decorated with a patio, on which you can eat, have your coffee, or people-watch. The location is the benefit of this property. It was perfect for our stay in spring and was only an hour train ride to Barcelona. The train station is a short 10-minute walk. I'm sure that it is hotter in Sitges in summer, though the ocean breeze helps to keep it cooler than inland. There is an AC unit in the living area but not one in the bedroom, where there is a ceiling fan. There is a lively night scene in Sitges, That is one of the great things about it. The area can also be loud at night on the weekends. Overall, we had a great experience. We would definitely come again.

Stunning huge light traditional patio town house

DanielleRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Kelly's place is amazing! The location is perfect - right in town with many places to walk to right outside the door. The place itself is so special, an old villa with modern amenities. We had a group of 10 and it was more than enough space. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, and we were able to cook easily. We have small kids and Kelly even though of things for the kids - toys, train sets, pencils and paper to draw, and a pack n play available on request. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to sit and enjoy the sunrise/set. And Kelly's communication made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house - she gave us restaurant suggestions and was readily available to answer questions. Vejer as a town is beautiful and there are plenty of places to drive to for a day trip. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed for weeks more!

Independent house on the beach

JuvenalRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My partner and I spent a few days, and without a doubt, the location of the house, which is in a privileged place and we took our dog. It's the perfect house to repeat. Close to the sea, with a garden that when you see it in person is 4 times larger than the photos, and that no noise is heard, makes it ideal for the perfect disconnection. Sonia was attentive to us to give us clear directions and was concerned when we arrived that everything was fine. Definitely a very good host! I have no doubt that I will repeat, thanks to Sonia's treatment and the magnificent house she has.

The best vacations, surrounded by the sea and mountains.

AntoniaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Very good apartment (in a house with more), very close to the beach of the Cathedrals, quiet and relaxed environment, we liked that it had a dairy nearby, it gave it a lot of charm, a few minutes drive from Ribadeo, it has a good restaurant/café that you can walk to, and a Mercadona a short drive away. The accommodation was in very good condition and very well equipped, as well as very clean. We had good communication, and it also has a parking space. Very good value for money. Totally recommended

Romantic cottage in tranquil gardens

SamanthaRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Daphne’s place is a real gem. I am actually so sad to be leaving. Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of enchanting. Located near Cala Conta and San Antonio, close to the most stunning beaches in the area. Having a car is essential to explore. The host's communication clear and quick. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a bowl of fresh lemons from the garden. The garden felt like a fairytale, complete with a charming outdoor BBQ and a lemon grove which we loved to explore - the energy of the place was truly special. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from spices, utensils, cling wrap, foil, bathroom had hairdryer and even Q-tips. The living room was cozy, had games and historical artifacts added a unique touch. Every corner of the home was spotless, with clean sheets provided and a washing machine available. The wardrobe is an added plus! I highly recommend this charming retreat for anyone seeking a dreamy getaway in Ibiza!

RELAX IN MALLORCA

FabienneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Marga's house was a small and very nicely decorated oasis of well-being from the first moment. Self check-in and out worked smoothly. Marga is very friendly, open and helpful. We were able to reach out to them with any concerns, their tips were very helpful and made our island life easier and beautified. Yaco, the house cat, was very intimate and always greeted us and kept us company. We had a very nice time and would love to come back. ☀️ Kind regards, Sarah, Chayenne and Fabienne

Your guide to Spain

Welcome to Spain

There’s a passionate spirit that runs throughout Spain, a love of life that can be seen in its food, arts, architecture, and every bit of its culture. Sitting on the Iberian Peninsula to the east of Portugal, the south of France, and just north of Morocco, the country is as known for its waterfront hotspots — islands such as Mallorca, Tenerife, and Ibiza, and coastal cities such as Barcelona and Málaga — as well as its inland hub, the capital of Madrid in the center of the nation. Anywhere you go in the country, that contagious sense of vibrancy lures visitors to Spain’s enchanting landscapes, history, and, of course, fiestas.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Spain

Both spring and fall are generally great times to stay in one of the country’s villas, when the weather is temperate and the crowds are manageable. Summers can get toasty and uncomfortable, and some shops and restaurants also close for the month of August. The winters are a definite off-season with some areas cutting back on hours. Of course, in the major urban hubs of Madrid and Barcelona, those closures won’t be felt as much. Spain is known for its many festivals, with Holy Week in the spring as a major event throughout much of the country. On the opposite end, there’s Carnival in February and March, the San Juan Bonfires in June, and the Tomatina Festival, where tomatoes are hurled in the streets, in Bunol in August.

Top things to do in Spain

Barcelona

While the capital of Madrid is a thriving cultural hub, Barcelona has a lovable offbeat vibe that can only be understood by experiencing it firsthand. Much of it comes from the whimsical artwork of Barcelona’s best-known architect in buildings like Casa Milà and the eternal work-in-progress La Sagrada Familia as well as the colorful mosaics at Park Güell. Add to that the charming old streets of Barri Gòtic, the vibrant main street of Las Ramblas, the lively beachfront, numerous museums, and Catalonian markets and squares galore, and it’s the kind of place to carve out your own kind of urban adventure.

València

València lays on Spain’s eastern coast at the mouth of the Turia River. Best known for its wildly eclectic Fallas festival in March, as well as its most famous dish, paella (which was invented here), and the long stretches of white sand beaches, it also boasts a delightful Old Town and ultramodern City of Arts and Sciences complex.

Andalusia

The southernmost region of the country is also perhaps its most colorful. The whitewashed architecture adorned with bright colors pops along the Mediterranean coast in the stretch of beach towns and villages known as the Costa del Sol. Inland, Seville is magnetic with the scent of jasmine through its squares, while Granada is packed with Renaissance architecture, Moorish influences, and Al-Andalus heritage.
