Susanna's apartment was exactly how it was in the photographs and the description. She met us at the time we agreed to let us in, and as there were no issues, we didn't need to speak again. The apartment was a few steps away from the main front street which was great.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very helpful, they offer very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes' walk from the sea and the center), functional and perfect even for a family like us with small children.

Impeccable stay! The accommodation has all the necessary amenities and is extremely clean. In addition, a gesture that was not taken for granted, on Saturday morning Patrizia left us some sweets for breakfast😍. Of course, super recommended and we will definitely be back!

Alessandra was available for any question that we had. She even called a taxi for our departure. Her home was perfect for us and had a fully stocked kitchen. She was even so kind as to leave us snacks, coffee and a bottle of wine. I would highly recommend staying here as you are close to many different areas of Rimini.

Perfect location, outstanding hosts, and an apartment that is equipped with absolutely everything and then more: beautiful art books, and art. Kitchen with generously provided pod coffee machine, whole tea chests, jars of snacks - arriving late, tired, such a treat. It's in the historic old city, in a quiet corner square just 50m from the old walk linking the Roman Arch of Augustus to the Bridge of Tiberius. The wonderfully bonkers Fellini museums a ten minute walk. The apartment is in an old Palazzo and is carefully arranged within its architectural confines, which means with two bedrooms, you hear your friend next door, if that is a problem! The hosts Elena and Antonio are incredibly responsive and generous. The apartment is cool and feels elegant, and rather secret. We pumped pillows up and loaded the sofa and ate cheese and watched TV one night, but it is not a staying in apartment, it is a going out one. Would we go back? Absolutely.

Great accommodation, small but well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and well-kept. Great location for the beach, downtown, and the fair. Friendly, friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended for a stay in Rimini and nearby!!

We stayed at PentSea for nine days to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday 🎉 and it was simply amazing! The apartment was super clean ✨, beautifully designed, and had stunning sea views 🌊. The location was perfect, with great restaurants 🍝 and a gelato shop 🍦 right next door — we had ice cream every day! The complimentary breakfast at Botanic Bar ☕ was a lovely touch we looked forward to each morning. Stefano, the host, treated us like royalty 👑. He helped with restaurant recommendations, bookings 📖, activities 🎡, and even surprised the kids with candies 🍬 and Easter eggs 🐣. For the birthday, he arranged an unforgettable dinner in a nearby town and surprised my mom with a special cake 🎂. Stefano’s care and attention made this trip one of the best experiences we've ever had ✨. We can’t recommend PentSea and Stefano enough - thank you for everything! 🙏

Perfect stay. I had a great time. The apartment is really very nice and equally comfortable. It has many accessories and is in an enviable location within walking distance of the sea and everything you could want. Super friendly host. Lots of restaurants, services and public transport a few meters away. I hope to be back soon.

Does it get any better?? The answer is no… no it doesn’t. If you want to sit back, relax with a glass of vino looking at arguably the best view your mind can imagine…. Then this is the place for you. Close to all the historic sites around the old city, step behind the walls and step back in time. There are great sites and museums all super close to the apartment. A good host can make all the difference, Stefano is one of the best.. helpful instructions, always responsive and even made a booking for dinner for us which was just perfect. Can I give more than 5 stars…. Because I would Highly recommended.

Clean and well-equipped apartment with a good view and great terrace. Very good choice.

We were super happy to stay in this apartment, close to the water, restaurants, and train station and the old town, all within walking distance. The only thing was a little noise at night, maybe from washing machines from the adjacent apartments. But otherwise we were very happy to stay here, especially the large terrace was beautiful.

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.
