Our third time staying at this location and we were thrilled with the beautiful updates/renovations both on the roof deck and common corridor carpet.

We absolutely loved our experience at Frank’s Winthrop basement apartment! Exceptionally good value for the beautiful area, comfy beds & a very easy to use TV for the rainy nights :) The one thing that would have really improved this place for me personally is enhanced privacy. I would have loved to have our basement apartment door lock from the outside. I didn’t feel unsafe by any means because our entrance was locked and had a keypad we shared with the hosts but would have loved to be able to lock the apartment up while we were exploring MA. A separate entrance for guests would have been awesome too but I recognize that is a tough ask renovation wise. My husband was not bothered by it at all but once I mentioned it, he agreed.

My family & I have been vacationing at Larry’s Historic Arcade for the past 7+ years. It is in the most perfect spot located right on Circuit Ave in the heart of Oak Bluffs. There are many stores and restaurants located on this road and it’s super convenient to have a market right across the street for any last minute essentials. We always rent the third floor apartment. It is very spacious and has a full size bed, a loft with 2 twin size beds and a pull out couch. It also has 2 decks. One over looking circuit ave and one on the other side with a grill. The house has WiFi, 2 mini splits (for ac or heat) a tv and a full kitchen. I highly recommend booking Larry’s Historic Arcade. It has everything you need and more. Thank you Larry for providing the perfect vacation spot for me and my family. We are already looking forward to next year!

Beautiful property and excellent location. Extremely convenient for our family to enjoy thanksgiving with family. Excellent communicators and very flexible with our travel schedule.

Juan and Alby's home was great! The location couldn't have been better, nor could they have communicated any better - they promptly responded to any and all questions that we had!! Would certainly recommend staying at their home for your next trip to Newport!!

Stayed here for a little birthday getaway and it was lovely! Our room was adorable, and had everything we needed! Erika was so helpful and attentive, and we had a lovely homemade breakfast in the morning!

We came into town for one night to see a show at the Narrows. None of us have ever been to Fall River we were so pleasantly surprised the house was adorable perfect location and the host was great. It was a 10 out of 10!!

Excellent location—we walked to everything. The unit was well appointed, very clean, and exactly as described. We appreciated Liliane’s flexibility with check-in very much. We had a delicious meal at Pasta Beach across the street and the unit is walkable to a grocery store. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
