it is a very good place with a big room and a private bathroom. there is an amazing homemade breakfast and a swimming pool . It is just 5 minutes driving close to a preserved beach. a very good place !

Andie makes the best breakfast! Great way to start the day. Bed is comfortable and the company is the best!

Andie was hands down the most thoughtful airbnb experience I've had. When we checked in she had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies for us and every morning, she had a delicious breakfast cooked. She went above and beyond what is expected of a host. The bedroom has a great view of a lake and it's a very easy walk to the Henderson Beach. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Andie was a fantastic host! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the place was inviting. She had warm cookies ready upon my arrival! Breakfast was perfect and yummy. I travel on business and her location was very convenient to my business. I will be staying with her again soon!

This was our first experience with AirBnB and we were so pleasantly surprised!! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Andie's place this past weekend. We went to Destin for a short weekend trip, and stayed at Andie's. Her place is conveniently close to all the major Destin beaches, Harborwalk Village and other hotspots, and the Henderson State Park Beach is right across. Its a cozy home that Andie and her husband warmly welcomed us to, with a private bedroom and bathroom. Everything was tastefully decorated and perfectly clean. The bedroom window has a beautiful view of the lake behind, and there is Netflix on TV. The cherry on top was the delicious breakfast Andie cooked for us every morning. We are both vegetarians, and Andie accommodated our needs by preparing delicious homemade yogurt parfait, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, muffins, coffee and juice. Seriously, we were not expecting such a wholesome home-cooked breakfast during our stay, and we are so grateful to both Andie and her husband for their hospitality! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Destin :)

Em's place is a great place to choose for those who need to stay within a budget and yet to have close proximity to the beach and every place of interest in Destin. It's clean, has a fully equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi internet and a 3-5 min walk path to the gulf shore. The host is really nice and supportive, very easy to contact with any question or need.

The hosts were very nice and sweet and gave us space to come and go easily. The location was great and beds were very comfortable.

Em was an excellent host, very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and local attractions. I loved that you could walk out to the beach anytime of day without having to drive anywhere.

Very nice space. And the location was great! Only about 5-10 minutes from the town and the beach but not in a heavy traffic area. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had and were nice and polite.

What a great stay! The private quarters were just as described. The location was great too, a very short drive to the beach and the Harbor Walk. Although our paths never crossed, check-in/out was a breeze, and communication was very prompt. We also enjoyed the amenities, it seems like they've thought of everything. Having bottled water available was a nice touch. We had no issues and would stay again!

Matthew made us feel welcome upon arrival and made an effort to come by and introduce himself. He explained all the amenities that were included with the room and made himself available if we had any questions, or needed anything!

Matthew and Sarah's place was exactly as described. Upon arriving they showed us around the suite and offered up ideas for things to do for dinner/ during our stay in Destin. The space was extremely clean and provided plenty of room for just the two of us. Overall, we had an excellent stay and will certainly consider staying there again in the future.

Very nice and spacious!

Matthew and Sarah were very responsive to our request and any questions that we had. Their Airbnb was clean and well presented and had what was needed for a pleasant stay. We had an issue with the wifi which Matthew addressed. Their Airbnb is in a great location for enjoying the Emerald Coast area. We would stay again.

We found the place exactly as advertised; close to everything, nice, clean, and with everything you might need on your stay (even chairs and umbrella!) Even though we only saw Mathew and Sarah once (when we arrived) they were always very prompt to answer our texts and were amicable. There was a little bit of an issue with the wifi connection but as I stated again, they were very quick to respond and even gave us access to what we believe was their personal wifi, what is that if not hospitable?! If we come back to Destin, hopefully we will undoubtedly book with them again!

This room is clean and perfect. It's got everything you need for a great stay, even an umbrella and 2 chairs on the balcony. The 2nd floor makes using the elevator (and stairs) really convenient. Awesome find.

Highly recommend!! I stayed at Olga's place with my friends, and we felt so happy, comfortable and safe. Olga is such a nice host! She answered all our questions and even checked on us at night(because we are four young girls), that was so sweet! She was always right there for us but giving us so much space :) You will love her place, clean, organized, smells good, and light, of course, the most important thing, very safe. Sorry we just love her place!! Don't hesitate and book it lol

Olga and husband were great host. Their home was clean and comfortable. Olga made my GF and I feel at home. We had a private bedroom, bathroom and access to the parking garage. We also had access to beach chairs and beach umbrella. Beach, shopping and restaurants were within walking distance.

Great accommodations! The room has a fantastic view of the gulf and has a comfortable large bed. Olga is sweet and charming...We were well received by her. She was available to us as needed. We will definitely stay again given the opportunity.

Olga was a great host. Olga answer any questions my wife and I had. Was very helpful from the time we booked the room till we left. Didn't see Olga or her husband often but they where a phone call away if we had question. They made us feel at home. Great place to stay and walking distance to beach but I recommend driving. Public beach close by with free parking. Great pool area.

We came to visit Destin during the 4th of July weekend and we booked 2nights last minute. Olga accepted it just within a few minutes. Their home is very close to the beach and we got a nice room with a bathroom. They are very kind.

We stayed with Olga for one night prior to visiting family in Pensacola. She is an awesome host, extremely attentive and kind. The private room and bath were just as described. We wouldn't hesitate to stay with her again.

I am a single woman travelling alone and Blake made me feel welcomed and secure in his home, always responsive to my many texts and questions and attentive to my needs. I even asked him if he would act as my body guard one evening and he obliged me! Definitely an extra mile I would say. The condo is very spacious, clean, organized and with everything you need for a peaceful night, getting to the ocean or restaurants or do light cooking. It Is even equipped with a bicycle if you don't have a car. One small point: It Is facing a man made Lake with stagnant waters which is lovely to look at but if you are sensitive to odors, better to enjoy the view from inside. I enjoyed the heavenly candy white beaches so much that nothing will stop me from going back again.

Staying at Blake's was awesome! Everything was so clean and accessible! Great location, too! Blake greeted us when we arrived and made us feel so at home. The room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The access code entry to the front door was convenient and easy for coming in and out. He provided us with towels and toiletries and bedroom TV even has Netflix! We had a great stay. Thanks, Blake!

Blake's home was awesome. He was very courteous and friendly always asking if ev was ok and recommending the best hotspots. The room was exactly as pictured and everything was very clean. If all you need is a place to sleep, shower and leave your things in a safe spot, this place is more than qualified. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Easy access parking was always available. Location is central to everything you'll need and just a short drive from Walmart, Target, FastFood, Restaurants, Carwash, Souvenir Shops, and of course THE BEACH.

Although our timing never crossed and we didn't get to meet Blake, it's hard to believe he isn't a Super Host! You could say that the description and all was accurate but it exceeded that. From the price, to the location, cleanliness, to a Guest Netflix and wifi account, the place was awesome! We will definitely be looking to stay with Blake again next time we come to town!

What a lovely condo! It's perfect for a couple. My husband and I stayed for six nights and seven days and had a great time. Pools are pristine and the beach is a short walk away. We rented chairs and umbrella and that made the beach visits even easier. Loved Rick's Sand Trap (restaurant on beach), it was surprisingly REALLY good. One of the best burgers I have ever eaten! All in all, great stay! Would come again!

Everything was just as listed, except she did get new couches so it was a little different, but very nice! I am 8 months pregnant and the Murphy bed was comfortable for me for the most part ! It was great having a full kitchen, and wonderful having a pool right in the back. The beach is in walking distance but we chose to drive with me being pregnant... It was nice and relaxing! Def recommend and will prob stay here again!

Donna's place was absolutely lovely. It's in close proximity to all the fun things that Destin has to offer, like the beach (of course!) parks, Baytown Wharf, Destin Commons, and so much more. I traveled with three other ladies and we found the condo absolutely comfortable and cozy for our stay.

We loved it here! Such a great place to stay. It's close to everything and Donna did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed. We are trying to figure out when we can come back again, perfect weekend!

Everything about our experience was excellent. The condo was even better than I expected. The gated community was nicely maintained, safe, and the staff was very polite. Thanksgiving on the beach! Donna's condo was perfect for the three of us; clean, fully furnished, near to the pool, and to top it off private beach access with parking just across the road! This is a studio condo with ample room to relax. The full length mirrors create the illusion of more space and enhances the openness of the room. Laundry facilities are within walking distance and at a fee of $2/load. Donna was very responsive via text. We loved Destin!

Lovely place to stay, it has all you need. Right across the beach, close to restaurants, shopping centers. Nicole is a great guest, someone easy to deal with.

I loved the place and enjoyed my first visit to Destin! The place was clean and easy to find. The beach was just right across the street and my family and I enjoyed the convenience of visiting it daily. The condo is about 2-10 minutes away from the two outlets nearby, so if you enjoy shopping it is a great location. There were plenty of great restaurant s within minutes away as well. This is a great place to stay and I can't wait to go back!
