Vacation rentals with lake access in Destin

Host was wonderful. Ken was very attentive and check-in through check-out was extremely smooth. They have a beautiful place that we enjoyed thoroughly. Ken is the most responsive host I’ve ever met.

The home is beautiful and very clean! Plenty of amenities and amazing views. The kitchen is large and spacious! Master bedroom has view to the bay! Coffee on the outside patio was peaceful and amazing! Definitely recommend and definitely will comeback!

We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay here. I am already thinking about going back. We stay in rentals several times a year and this one was our favorite we have ever stayed in. We stayed for my 40th birthday and it was fantastic! The home was exactly as described, it was clean, and so beautiful. The kids loved having the pool for the days that we didn’t go to the beach, and the screened in porch was perfect for hanging out as a family in the evenings. I loved the way it was decorated, and the porch swings were such a fun touch too! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind with anything that we needed to message about. I would rent from them anytime. We highly recommend this property. It was absolute perfection and we are looking forward to staying again. Thank you for such an amazing vacation! We made amazing memories as a family there!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and with a stunning view of the lake. We spent hours enjoying the excellent fishing right from the property. The golf cart was a game-changer and made getting around the area super easy and fun. We truly loved the entire property. We made full use of the pools, the gym, and even grabbed bites and coffee from both the bayside and beachside cafés. Everything was convenient, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Our host, Shelena, was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. This is by far our favorite vacation spot, and we will definitely be back next year!

I want to start off by saying how beautiful this home was. It’s a very large, spread out home with beautiful decor and views of the pool and bay. The master suite was my favorite with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. My family loved the large home, the pool and the privacy of the home. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Plenty of activities to do in the home and outside. There is some wear and tear in the home such as the walls, but it did not affect our stay. The home shows a hot tub, which it is not a hot tub, but it is used to heat the pool. The house had everything you would need to cook, clean, fireplace, all the essentials, family games and more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the home! I would recommend staying here!

Our stay was amazing! The pool was a 10 out of 10 and well loved during our stay. The house was amazing and comfortable and offered our family the opportunity to spend some well needed quality time with one another. The house was also very nice and super clean.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

This place is not even described accurately through the photos. This is the best Airbnb we’ve ever been to! The ocean is totally accessible as well as kayaks, paddle boards, etc. You can swim with large fish, dolphins, sting rays, etc. The mini-home is right off of the yard and you are able to do anything you want from there. It’s clean and precise with all of the labels showing you how to work everything. All in all, an amazing visit! 100% recommend

Louis’s space was perfect for our stay. Super nice and has everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, shower was amazing, and the bidet was a nice touch. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the pool with our coffee each morning. Close to several good restaurants in both PCB and Rosemary.

This place was great! Very cozy and I have to say the best parts were the shower and AC Units 😂 I know it sounds crazy but it felt so nice after a long day in the sun to come in to a nice cool house! Appliances were very nice and up to date

This was the perfect place to stay for a little trip. It is also the perfect distance to the beach and places to eat!

Paula was a great host and very friendly with a quick response time. Her unit looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach front balcony had the perfect view of the beach and pool area. We would definitely rent from her in the future.

stayed at one of Lee’s Seagrove properties recently and couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more thoughtful hosting experience. The bungalow was clean, well-appointed, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Communication was clear and timely, and Lee made the whole process easy, from check-in to checkout. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. Grateful for the hospitality!

Host was very responsive and friendly. The place had everything imaginable to be able to cook for our family. Patio space was great to have another family staying in PCB over to grill out and sit outside to eat and enjoy the weather and company. We really enjoyed our stay! Easy walking to the private beach access. Chairs and beach cart available were super helpful! Kids loved walking to mini golf, carts, and Alvin’s too!

The house was a great shift from the condos we usually stay in. Awesome layout that was perfect for the us and 3 kids. All necessary baby equipment was provided. The distance to the beach isn’t bad via bikes or golf cart rental. Community pool is awesome.

Great stay. Master bedroom bed was comfy and the bedding was soft. Slept like a baby. Lots of floor mats all around which is a beach necessity to keep sand out and comfy in. Rain shower head was a treat and the water pressure was great. Shower curtain was a little pink around the bottom indicating a need to be washed or bleached. Not a big deal and my eyes were closed enjoying the rain head shower anyway. Guest bed wasn’t quite as comfy as the master, but my daughter didn’t have any trouble sleeping in each day. Black out window coverings would be a nice addition as it gets bright early at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, but the only we used during our stay was the fridge and mw. Checkout duties were normal start the dw and washing machine before you leave. Nothing ridiculous. Wife mentioned that the kitchen cabinets and stove front could use a deep clean. We did have guests in the attached apt. During our stay in the main unit. I could hear them pretty clearly through the walls.

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

We loved our stay here! The community is awesome, and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the setup—nothing was overlooked. The beds were super comfortable, beach towels were provided, and everything felt easy and welcoming. We have three young kids, and they were so comfortable and happy here. We’ll definitely be back!

We’re repeat visitors and our stay this time was just as lovely as the last. The Nest offers a cozy place to hang out, bed down, and base from. We love spending time kayaking the sound and watching for wildlife. Beaches, seafood, and all the Ft.Walton/Destin vacation fun is close by, but the Nest is homey and easily fit our family of four. Very grateful for laundry to wash bathing suits in between beach days!

Had the best time here! Beautiful marsh area and so fun to explore with canoe and kayak. Such a peaceful and relaxing space.
