Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ruidoso Downs

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. We love that it's just across from a nice park, and no more than a five minute walk to the Mid-town shops and restaurants. The condo itself is clean, quiet, and well provisioned. Although we didn't cook any meals, we did use the kitchen to reheat leftovers. We also used washer-dryer. The only downside is that for whatever reason the master bedroom gets warm at night, but after the first night we learned our lesson and used the fan they provided for that reason. It makes a big difference.

This was an excellent condo to enjoy a weekend of baseball in Ruidoso. Our kids love all the amenities of Innsbrook and I appreciated the clean, updated and relaxing layout of this listing! It was definitely a great choice!

From start to finish, Kim was extremely helpful and their place was exactly like described. We really enjoyed our time in Ruidoso in this condo fit our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We would love to visit again.

Place was perfect and the decor was super cute. Loved how close it was to Sudderth, parking was easy. The beds were comfortable and overall the place felt very clean!

Gabriel’s place was perfect for what we needed! It’s located close to grocery stores and only a few minutes drive from all the shops and restaurants. But also far enough from the main road that you don’t hear traffic or too much noise. The place was spacious with plenty of seating and gathering areas. The backyard alone will keep this place on my list for an extended stay - with ample seating, corn hole, a pool table just off the patio area, bbq amenities. It’s definitely worth booking again!

The cabin is great. has everything you need to have a great time. All in great conditions. The host waa amazing. My family and I loved staying there.

Josh was very friendly and always answered all our questions and doubts quickly and accurately. The place is very comfortable and has everything to make you feel at home.

We enjoyed the wrap-around veranda and the peacefulness of the place. Being surrounded by nature and having a wild turkey and deer sauntering around was magical. We are planning to return soon. Thanks.

Michelle's place was so nice, the hot tub hit the spot after a busy day! Place was clean and easy to find. She was very responsive when messaged. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this nicely renovated house. Kitchen had everything needed and lots of extra tools like a citrus zester, tongs, wine opener and more. Beds were super comfortable and linens were soft and comfortable. Bathrooms are really nice with spacious showers and quality fixtures. Super clean, easy access, quiet and peaceful. Martin was super responsive and accommodating. We are from Texas and are used to having air conditioning, this house had a window unit in the living room which kept the main spaces of the house comfortable but the bedrooms were a little warm at night for us. Some of us opened our bedroom window at night which was perfect but we didn’t feel comfortable doing that in the front bedroom for our own personal reasons but it surely was a reasonable option that may work for others. It wouldn’t keep us from renting this house again. It was set up on the mountain, the air was fresh and clean, & we could watch the deer. It was absolutely beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay. We didn't run into any issues and having activities on site was really nice. Place was clean and the atmosphere was great. LOTS of elf and deer on property.

We loved getting to spend a night at Jason’s beautiful home. It was very private, peaceful and comfortable. Our favorite spot was the living room — we had movie night and cozied-up with the blankies he provides. We would stay here again! :-)

Leslie is a Super Host providing a very clean, modern comfortable location to stay. It was tidy and was well stocked with all the comforts of home. The location is well centered giving access to theentire city. it had great views from a fantastic patio. Leslie was very informative but never intrusive. Always a quick response when needed. We loved watching the wildlife from the balcony each morning and evening. Ducks, deer, and hummingbirds. Dorm size fridge was good for us. Fully functional kitchen to cook our meals. Easy entrance and parking. Definitely planning on staying again because of the convenient location to all of our activities. Casino, Flying J, Racetrack and church.
