Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Rotonda West

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Delroy’s house. It was brand new and was extremely clean. It was bright and beautifully decorated. The office space was fantastic. We really liked the neighborhood. It was quiet and walkable. We really enjoyed sitting outside under the covered lanai watching the wildlife in the canal. Delroy was also very responsive. We highly recommend and would love to come back next year.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. Knowing that we were the first people to stay here after the hurricane damage made us a bit nervous. The property was completely fixed up and everything was perfect. The communication before our arrival was superb.

This was great for the family. Kids had a blast playing pool. Its close to dinning. We were in town for a softball tournament and this was five minutes away from fields and perfect for us. Great stay.

Lovely, calming space. Great location- quick drive to the beach. We loved our time there especially since we ended up spending a lot more time than expected there w a child who unexpectedly fell ill and couldn't be at the beach much. The kids had a splendid time swimming in the pool and hanging out in the yard searching for lizards and counting all the buddah statues. Didn't love all the cameras watching us in the outdoor spaces but they def put plenty of warning on their page about this. Benjamin was a great communicator. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. Our kids made me buy a buddah for our yard in remembrance of our memorable stay in your home.

Beautiful home, responsive host, the pool was our favorite. We used it everyday. Only negative is that it isn’t very private, neighbors are fairly close and you can see in their lanai as well as ours. But all in all the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and has grocery stores right around the corner. Would recommend visiting Venice beach for shelling/shark tooth finding and siesta key beach for white soft sand!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hiliany’s place. The house was incredibly clean and the linens all smelled fresh. The beds are very comfortable and the house was stocked with lots of helpful items - including toiletries, trash bags, dish tabs, soap, and even extras! The location is very peaceful and the backyard is serene. The pool is not clean and we even saw ducks swimming in it. It wasn’t an issue for us as we had asked in advance if it was heated (it’s not), so we hadn’t planned on using it. Just something to keep in mind if you’re booking based on the pool alone! We’d definitely stay here again.

This place is simply amazing! I have to admit that I am always skeptical of if a place truly is within a good walking distance of beaches/restaurants/etc. but this place ABSOLUTELY IS! The whole trip our group of 4 couldn’t believe that we got so lucky with a great place incredibly close to the beach and restaurants! We definitely hit the lucky lottery with this gem of a airbnb find!! We’re already talking about when to come back and will definitely be rebooking! We didn’t need anything from Courtney, our host, but she made sure to check in multiple times and see if we did! Super friendly and informative and the place was perfectly stocked with beach amenities! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Enjoyed my solo stay here for 3 nights. Quaint, quiet, nice space for one person (or two!) Had everything I needed though I did not spend much time on the property. Clean, comfortable bed. Host reached out frequently to inquire about my experience and offered help as required.

This place and hosts exceeded our expectations! This unit was in a great location- quick walk to the beach, market, restaurants, etc. Also very easy to get elsewhere on the island using the trolley, which drove by frequently. Vanessa was extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating and responsive the entire trip, making it an even better experience! We loved the outdoor space for eating breakfast or just hanging outside in the shade. We didn’t end up using the fireplace but I wish we had the time! The bed was big and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to make your own meals. Truly impressed and can’t say enough great things about this spot! We will definitely be staying here next time we come back!!!

Beautiful location with a short walk to the beach! Definitely peaceful and pretty private to have some time to relax. The home was clean and had everything we needed.

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed! Small space but very reasonably priced. There is no common area (like dining or living room), only a full size bathroom and the bedroom across from it. Coffeemaker was there and mini fridge right next to the bed.. We did not mind at all! Wonderful spot to get away to the woods without being too far from town.

This is a very adorable little place with very cool and unique outside decor with lots of seating areas. The pool was lovely, very clean blue water. The grill was very easy and accessible to use. The outside sink is very handy and so is the outside trash can. Once you go inside there is so much to enjoy! From the hot tub to the bar area and pool table we stayed entertained. The kitchen and bathroom are both very clean and easy to use. We enjoyed the dual shower heads it made double showers so easy! We 100% recommend staying here, you’ll very much enjoy your time alone and never want to leave! There’s also cute little guest that visit and there’s just too sweet! The host are very easy to get ahold of and very nice people. We appreciate the chance we got to experience this place and hope others can enjoy it like we did. Thank you, hope to book again!

Dailyn’s place was great! Very clean & comfortable. Perfect for our 1 night stay after the beach. The pool is beautiful, very relaxing set up. Host was very friendly & responsive. I would def stay here again !

As I indicated in the earlier part of the review, the location, grounds, and cabins were amazing. We had a large group of canoers stay in what we called the lodge - with 5 bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. Though there are only 2 showers in the same bathroom for such a large number - we made it work. Megan and Marc left each cabin (we rented the lodge and 2 tiny cabins) with a half dozen or more organic, home raised fresh duck and chicken eggs. Nice touch! Launching from there and paddling was amazing on horse creek providing solitude and peace. They worked with us on a complicated checkout with some staying on while others left. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a country experience.

Glamping at its best ! Was here for the rodeo with friends and family . We had the boathouse Cabin. Very pristine and clean with a super comfortable mattress. I loved waking up to the sunrise overlooking the river with my morning coffee. Hope to return here again,
