Vacation rentals with beach access in Rotonda West

Great location, near both Gulf beach and intracoastal waterway, nice pools, lovely setting, helpful host—very satisfied, in fact delighted!

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

Min was very communicative and proactive before we even arrived to the location. She gave clear directions on how to get to the place, find it, and eventually get in. Everything was exactly as described and we felt right at home. Beach access was very easy and accessible as well. Unfortunately, 3 days into our trip, siesta key beach was evacuated due to a hurricane. Min contacted me about the weather before I was able to reach out to her. I explained the situation, and asked if we could get a refund for having our stay cut short. She was very quick to respond and was very understanding of our situation, refunding us on the last 2 days of our stay and wishing us safety. Min has been a great host and I would definitely rent from her again in the future.

Place is beautiful as the pictures. Great place from the island and away from all the traffic. Would definitely recommended to others.

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Boca Grande! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything in town. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was very attentive and made sure we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again! Location was perfect for our type of vacation. Great seafood restaurants and ice cream shop within a 1 to 4 minute walk. Pool was well kept and comfortable. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and sand chairs and transport wagon and towels were all included. Nice bathroom shower. Compact kitchen had everything we needed. We liked the toaster so much we are buying a duplicate for our own home. Induction stove cooked well. Kitchen cabinets are mounted a little higher than normal but still accessible. We had a great experience. Really no need for a rental car because lots of good restaurants within walking distance and then free trolley buses go up and down the island for theore adventurous. Rental bike shop across the street. Just lots of options at this location. The space was comfortable for two adults.

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

We had an amazing stay at the Sand Dollar Beach House! We had 8 people who fit comfortably and we all had plenty of room. The proximity to the beach was great-just a short 2 minute walk. In addition to having such easy access to the ocean, there was also a pool deck with a fully equipped pool, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and fun pool and deck games for the kids to play. We so appreciated having such kind and responsive hosts who communicated with us both before and throughout our stay. We highly recommend!

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

Jaime’s place was fabulous! It was spacious and super-comfortable ~ plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out, and such a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the wifi was fast and the street was quiet. Jaime was very responsive with any questions and easily accommodated our request for early check-in. The stay far exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave the Airbnb :) though we did because it was nearby so much beauty! Thank you, Jaime!

Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

This is the third time I've rented in this complex. The location is unbeatable - private beach, beautiful Gulf view from the beach, beach accessories were in good condition and a bonus kayak to use during the serene mornings. Definitely cannot beat the sunsets! The condo is by far the cleanest I've ever rented via Airbnb - thank you for that! The kitchen has everything - we cooked every meal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Already booked for 2026!

I’ve never written a review before but felt Nick and his condo deserved one! Nick’s place was completely remodeled and felt brand new. It was spotless when we arrived and immediately felt at ease when we walked through the door. The parking spot was right next to the condo along with easy entry. The beach is just a few feet away which made carrying the beach chairs, towels, sand toys, sea shell sifter and drinks easy to carry. The place came equipped with everything you would need to have the perfect beach vacation. Shark teeth are abundant! Once we were done on the beach we headed across the street to the heated pool every afternoon. There are two donut tubes for the kids to play with that were at the condo. The pool was great, it reaches 4ft 9 in. deep and has stairs on both sides to walk in. Plenty of lounge chairs to choose from. It was a great location! Almost right across the street from Magnolia’s. Nick was great with communication and his place was perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, close to everything. Wonderful pool, beach and right next to the trolley spot. Didn’t use the tennis or pickleball courts at all but looked popular too! The place itself had everything we needed, plenty of games provided and newer furniture in the bedrooms, would say the grill below was charcoal, so prepare accordingly.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

This was our second year to stay in the same unit in Casey Key. We had the same issues with the TV and lights as we did the previous year. Due to that nothing was done, we did bring it up. Natalie acknowledged the issue and was able to secure a small refund. We plan to visit again next year. We love the unit and the area! It was nice to meet our hosts and engage in conversation.

Been to Siesta several times and this by far was the best location. Very clean, and the view was 100% the greatest to wake up to. We def will return next year, if not sooner. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

This is a great place to stay on Siesta Key. It’s a prime location, provides easy access, close to restaurants/bars/shopping, a short walk to the beach, very clean unit, parking space is right in front of the first floor unit door, nice furniture, great beds, plenty of closet space, good washer & dryer and very responsive owners/hosts. I highly recommend staying at this place on Siesta Key.
