great house by the park, Fun for the whole family!

Beautiful house just 200' from the biggest park in town with giant playgrounds ,pavilions, ball parks, a skate park, and soccer fields. it has plenty of parking and a two car garage. a super spacious fully fenced back yard for the kids. You are only 2 minutes from one of the best golf courses in utah, and just minutes from some of the best fishing around. Hundreds of lakes and streams within an hour drive. 45 min. from dinosaur national park. House has a ring camera on the front porch.

Relaxing and Fun!

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. 42" roku TV in the living room plus a small TV and DVD in bedroom. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.

Tamara’s place was adorable—beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotless. Everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and right at home. The amenities were amazing from the fully stocked kitchen and fast Wi-Fi to the thoughtful little touches throughout the space. It’s clear the host put a lot of care into making the experience special. Tamara was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, clean, and comfortable place with great service. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

SUPER Unique 4BR Nature Home Getaway - 9 beds.

The Rock Haus is a really special place. We visited here when visiting Dinosaur NM, and we lucked out to find this amazing house. The house itself is nestled into a rock wall with amazing light and views. It’s quite private with its own long driveway. The exterior of the house has a gazebo in the rocks. The interior of the house is a really well preserved but updated 50s/60s style split level ranch. There are lots of MCM points of interest: the original oven, intercom system and whole house radio, rock fireplaces, funky bathroom tiles. We loved the interior. You can pack an insane amount of people in this house with the 4-person bunk beds downstairs! The downstairs is basically its own mini-apartment with a kitchenette and full bathroom. We just loved this place. My wife and I also ran around the neighborhood and found it to be very safe. The town of Vernal is pretty cool and quirky. Lots of great signs in town. Of course, this is a great jumping off point for Dinosaur!!!
