I’m beyond excited with this place and the host. everything was excellent, very clean place, smelled lovely, had toys for kids to play with, the host left for us all kind of sweets, icecream, juice, water, some food for breakfast, really really nice. and the communication was excellent! and I asked a lot of questions, believe me! she replied instantly and very helpful and detailed. highly recommend!

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photos and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely keep it in mind as a property for our next visit to the capital.

We arrived clearly in advance and we had no problem, Valentina promptly made us check in. Once in the house, we immediately had a positive impact, the apartment was clean and very well cared for, as shown in the photo, check-in also gave us some tips on what to visit nearby and finally I can say that we slept very well, the bed was very comfortable, I highly recommend this apartment if you have to stay in Terni

Small, but very cozy and nice appartment with all the ammenities you might need. We loved the private and big balcony! Very nice to relax there after a busy day in the city. Public traffic quite easy and cheap, around 40-60minutes to get to the city center depending on traffic, walking pace and correspondece. Hosts are very attentative, and flexible. We got to check in as soon as the appartment was finished cleaned, and they even offered us late checkout without us asking.

We were taking a cruise from the port close by and chose this location. The host arranged transportation from Naples train station to the apartment. Communication was flawless. The location is central to everything that we needed and an easy walk to the port. I can highly recommend this unit/location. Beyond the location, the unit itself was spotless. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would stay here again if needed.

apartment is great located, walking distance to beach. supermarket is close too. Clean and quiet place, enjoyed stay there.

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

Stayed here recently with my partner and my 2 year old son, the place is absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and the views all around are unbelievable. The host was always on hand and really flexible (our check in ended up being way later than when thought due to our flights) Honestly couldn’t recommend this listing enough. Grazie mille Belkys.

This house is located in a truly dreamy location. With the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, a generous yard, swimming pool and such a sweet and cozy house. It felt very welcoming and relaxing. Takes exactly 6-7 minutes to walk to the lake and about the same to go to town and eat lovely Italian food. The host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend and certainly come back.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with very welcoming and respectful furnishings for the type of environment. A beautiful Airbnb experience! The house is lovely, and has everything you need… the pool is an added bonus with lovely views . Alessandro and his family are wonderful, warm and welcoming - and happy to help and recommend restaurants and things to do. The house is in a beautiful area - rolling hills and olive groves. Close to montefiascone, and easily accessible to bagnoregio, Orvieto and everything that Lake Bolsena has to offer . A beautiful part of Italy, and one of our best Airbnb experiences. I waited for the birth of my baby and was pampered by the comfort offered by Antonio who does not overlook any detail. Beautiful space for the suitcase in the closet, very comfortable bed. A cozy place and also equipped with an outdoor space for relaxation.

Lovely host and a wonderful apartment! I enjoyed my time in Ele’s place she is lovely and hospitable. Don’t think twice about staying in her apartment. It’s beautifully designed and tastefully furnished with all modern appliances and anything you would need!

Roy stepped in and saved our Rome trip when another Airbnb let us down. This space is exquisite, his hospitality is legendary, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Every amenity has been thought of, the space was immaculately clean, and the view off the porch was outstanding. Roy mentioned that he designed this space based on what he would want in a home-away-from-home, which was clear in every detail. We cannot thank Roy enough for an excellent stay!

Vittoria and her mother were super helpful! It was a nice place very close to the metro, about a five minute walk. We really liked the bakery nearby. We hope to be able to come again sometime!
