Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—kids under 2 N/C. $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.

I would recommend this spot for family gatherings or smaller to medium sized groups. Perfect location for activities on the water. Has a very private feeling but are still very close to all the stores you need. Hosts are friendly, communicative, and they have an awesome book that goes over everything in the house.

Christy was a great host! she was very proactive in giving us all the instructions necessary to get through the guard shack and to her property. we very much enjoyed hanging out on the front porch, grilling on the Blackstone, walking to the pool and beach, and eating dinner at the resort resturant! there is also a very neat boardwalk along the edge of the lake that we enjoyed! the property was well stocked with everything needed. I highly recommend this place!
