We would have given everything as 5 stars, except for the water leak and the fans that were required during our stay. Honestly would we stay again, absolutely. Would it be worth the cost that we paid, if it weren't for the fans and the various leak related issues absolutely. The house is extremely well maintained. Cleaned Exceptionally. The location is quiet and very nice. It is within walking distance to a grocery store and more. Within driving distance to everything the space coast has to offer. Carola is a wonderful host and very communicative. I would recommend her and her property to everyone. We just had the unlucky experience of a water leak that was just a fluke.

Very quite and a perfect location. Susan was onsite for my arrival and departure making it a very lovely stay.

It was a nice, quiet little duplex. It was a great value. had a bunch of amenities. including coffee, and tea which is perfect because I like coffee and my wife likes tea. only complaint is with the lock being a bit finicky
