The house was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful with lots to do for children and adults. It is in a great location, walking distance to the train station, so great access to London. The house was very spacious with large comfy bedrooms and lots of different areas to socialise. It was perfect for a big group. Toby was super friendly and helpful and very responsive. We had a great stay thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My second stay with Jo during a week of working in the area, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Relaxing surroundings with plenty of space and kitchen facilities make a stay away from home so much better. I would recommend Jo's garden cabin very highly indeed.

We had an amazing stay here! Perfect house for our group of 5 adults. It’s in a great location for all the Margate highlights (shell grotto, many great pubs and restaurants, Walpole bay, crab museum!) Really homely, comfortable house with everything we needed. Great outdoor space - loved having a bbq in the patio one evening. Stones throw from an Aldi which was a bonus too. Walk from the train station is so easy - google maps says 20mins but feels much less. Highly recommend for your weekend in Margate!

What we liked the most was the location of the house, in the heart of the English countryside. Very quiet and wonderful nature place. The house was cozy. Suzanne has been very friendly and very communicative.

A very pleasant stay. The nearby railway was extremely quiet. When we arrived there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even complementary biscuits waiting. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful self-contained converted barn with lots of character. It was a very peaceful location down a long drive. The facilities were spotless and we loved the bluetooth ceiling speakers. Our favourite thing about the barn was the private patio at the back, sheltered, and with a beautiful outlook over a hay meadow.

Thoroughly recommend the accommodation after spending three nights in Anne’s cabin. It was spotlessly clean, slept well, and really conveniently located. Anne is a lovely friendly host.

I had a really lovely stay at Andrew’s Airbnb – it was peaceful, comfortable, and just what I needed. The location is great too, only a 10-minute walk into town, which made everything super convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

It was a really nice experience. The room was really good and clean.

Just returned from spending 6 days in the Granary, Caroline was super responsive and her directions were easy to follow and accurate. Unfortunately i didn't get to meet Caroline as she was away. The Granary was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The downstairs shower was great, we didn't try the upstairs shower. The location was very quiet and peaceful, but easy to get to where i wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend the Granary.

What can we say?! Simon’s AirBnB was absolutely incredible. It looked exactly like the pictures and did not fail to live up to the description at all. Everything is exactly as described and every single little thing has been well considered and covered. We booked three nights and we left feeling incredibly relaxed and well rested. Stayed at Kirk’s place before the London Marathon. Great walking distance to two train stations, in a lovely neighbourhood. Kirk was really friendly and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. The place was great, really clean and tidy, lovely space that had everything we needed . Loads of local food options. Excellent value for money! Cannot fault at all!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had great communication prior to arrival with prompt responses and recommendations. The room is a great space with high ceilings and there’s a lovely patio to catch the evening sun while enjoying some cold drinks. Thanks Melanie!

We all had a very enjoyable and memorable stay at the Watermill. It is a wonderful building, so full of original features, character and charm. It is well furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a weekend or longer. It is very comfortable and Neil and Jennifer were welcoming and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend the Watermill - we hope to come again one day!

The Stables was lovely for what I wanted. Really clean. The kitchen was compact, but had everything needed. If you have a bigger car, it is a bit tricky to get in and out. You have to back out on a corner of a busy road. So depending on what time you go in and out, I would suggest you actually back down the driveway. Nice spot, close to Knole, so plenty of walking etc.

We had a great stay. The house is a great bolthole for exploring the beach, and surrounding areas. It is a 15 minute drive to Whitstable, short drive (a few minutes) or 20/25 minute walk to the main activities in Herne Bay, and only a few minutes walk to a beach and playground. It was blissful to sit on the sofas and watch the sunrise and stare out at sea. Excellent facilities for washing and drying clothes - which was a must have for us with children and beach/swimming taking place. A great place for us to have a short stay by the beach.

Quiet place in a lovely upscale neighbourhood. Short walk to the beach through local gardens. Easy access to train via bus or 151-20 min walk. Everything in the place is well thought out. Top quality appliances in a small but surprisingly efficient kitchen. TV on the wall can be angled to be viewed from couch or kitchen / dining table. Lighting could be easily selected for bright or relaxed. Good natural light from skylight and window. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely few days staying at No1. Barnes Ave. It was exactly what I needed whilst being in Margate for work. Emma was incredibly flexible with my check in time and allowing me to bring my cat as well. Thank you xx

Before booking I read so much outstanding feedback for Maria that I knew it would be amazing. And I wasn’t disappointed. So much attention to detail and beautifully decorated and also lots of lovely little (luxury) extras like coffee/tea, dishwasher, breakfast items….she even decorated the room for our anniversary. The only downside was that now we have been, other BnB’s just wont compare!
