There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Nice little apartment in a great location, only 3 minutes to the beautiful beach! We were only there for three days, but would have felt comfortable for longer.

Even though we had early check-in, Mrs. Francesca immediately made herself available. As soon as we arrived, we were overwhelmed by your friendliness. As soon as I took the keys we entered and found welcome chocolates, remade bed and clean towels. The in-room blades and air conditioning contributed to a quiet sleep. We had a great time.

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! This is a great place to stay if you prefer staying in a town while exploring Elba. The historic town, supermarkets and local beaches are all within walking distance. The offroad private parking was a blessing. The apartment is large and comfortable for large family or group of friends.

Strategic location within walking distance of downtown Porto Azzurro and, consequently, very close to all services. Spacious, bright, clean apartment, equipped with air conditioning, surrounded by quiet and greenery. All this made the time in the apartment as pleasant as the time spent around the island! Alessio turned out to be an owner who was always available, smiling, kind and never intrusive. All his advice was valuable and spot-on for two people like us who had never visited the island. To conclude, therefore, our experience in Alessio's apartment and on the island of Elba was unforgettable! We will definitely be back!

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Siena. A two minute walk from the main square, it is so spacious and modern with everything we needed. Check in was super easy too.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, ideal for a family or a group of five people. It is equipped with all comforts and many accessories, in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Very close to the center of Grosseto and not far from the sea. Carla is an available and punctual host. Great value for money. Highly recommended for visiting Grosseto and its surroundings.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

This is an idyllic place. The owners and manager were very kind and responsive. The space is modern while also being comfortable - great beds, showers, and a very functional kitchen (we cooked dinner every night). We were traveling with a 1 year old and everything was well suited for her. I will dream about the pool - that really makes the property. We can’t wait to go back!

Our week stay at Domus Nannini was wonderful. Gianluca was responsive and helpful from the outset. If you have a car, one of the biggest advantages is the arrangement with Car Valet Leonardo. When you arrive, you drive directly to Valet Leonardo which is just a couple minutes from the property. Someone drives you to meet Gianluca (who shows you the property) and then takes your car back to the parking garage. Whenever you need your car, you call and they bring it to you within 15 minutes to a meeting point which is just a few steps from the properry. This was very convient for us as we made several day trips in the car and parking otherwise would have been very difficult. The property itself is immaculate/new and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is ideal as all the historic sites are mintues away as are all conveniences. Gianluca provides many useful recommendations for making the most of your stay. We recommend this property without reservation. 10/10. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
