tutto perfetto, abbiamo alloggiato in 5 ragazzi per i giorni di capodanno, alloggio impeccabile, facilità ad accedere e corrisponde esattamente alla posizione indicata ed alle foto, anzi una volta arrivati ci siamo stupiti per quanto fosse tenuto bene, tutto pulito e in zona super centrale, qualità/prezzo da 5 stelle.

Le logement est parfait pour un couple, tout près du port. A 5mn du Tramway pour rejoindre la gare. A 10mn en taxi. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire. Télé, baignoire, four, machine à laver, machine café. Seul hic (pour moi), la climatisation n’est pas très puissante (ne souffle pas en continu), mais associée avec le ventilateur, ça s’est bien passé.

L'appartement est très agréable et confortable, très bien équipé et fonctionnel, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, l'excellente communication et la gentillesse de nos hôtes qui ont été très arrangeants pour notre arrivée et pour notre départ, un grand Merci à Hélène et à Jérôme pour tout, nous avons hâte de revenir :)

Our stay here was wonderful. The apartment is stunning with high ceilings, beautiful furnishings and the most amazing view from its terrace. One thing to mention though is that the second bedroom is quite small. Certainly big enough for two children but a “tight fit” for two adults. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the port with the tram to both the centre of the city and the airport starting and ending there. Vassil is a great host. He answered any questions that we had within minutes and provided some great recommendations of places to eat and drink. Highly recommended.

This apartment exceeded my expectations by quite a bit! From the ocean being much closer than you could imagine, to even finding a juicer for your fresh fruit and a bottle opener for those awesome sodas! The shower is an absolute dream and water flow strong! The induction hob made cooking a wonder and the balcony was my favourite place to eat, read and relax with a perfect view! I genuinely would recommend this host and apartment without any hesitation and I myself cannot wait to return next year and book this same place for even longer! Thanks again for the awesome stay and fantastic level of communication! Enjoy the ice cream 😊🙌🏾

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-3.5) and had a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us with finding cots and high chairs for the kids. They also helped us with arranging transportation to the airport for a very early flight. Location is good, we walked everywhere and it was an easy tram ride to the airport and easy train ride to other neighboring towns. Very close to the beach, and the Airbnb even included beach toys for the kids!

We spend three weeks which was wonderful every thing was perfect , closed compound safe place and Helmi was very helpful and responding immediately for any questions. There is nearby walking distance to a supermarket and a bakery. Car is a must to visit other areas 12-20 minutes to Cannes . 2 bathrooms one of them upstairs for 4 bedrooms the only negative point. Definitely we will comeback again to this home because we felt like at our home since the first day . 5 stars place 👍

la casetta di emma est un endroit génial! en haut de la vallée domonant San Bartolemeo avec vue sur la mer, très calme, très propre, avec tout le nécessaire a disposition a votre arrivée! Le propriétaire, mr Alessandro, est très disponible, agréable, et a votre service quand vous en avez besoin. on vous recommande chaudement cet endroit!

We had an amazing stay here - it was beautiful, cosy and comfortable with the most amazing views. Note there is no wifi but I used my phone to hotspot from and it wasn’t a problem at all. We loved it, planning to come back.

Da wir nun seit 15 Jahren immer wieder nach Imperia in den Urlaub fahren, wissen wir genau, wie die Menschen leben. Wir kennen in der Umgebung alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände. Eine gewisse Flexibilität gehört einfach immer dazu und auch die eigene Bereitschaft, mit den Menschen zu kommunizieren. Wir hatten zu zweit wieder einmal viel Platz, eine gute Internet-Verbindung und auch eine abschließbare Garage. An alles, was dieses Mal neu für uns war, hatten wir uns ganz schnell gewöhnt. Man muss einfach wissen, dass es in Italien auf den Straßen auch mal laut sein kann, aber die Freundlichkeit der Leute gleicht das wieder aus. Wir waren nun erstmals ziemlich im Zentrum und das war wirklich hilfreich, da wir ganz schnell in alle Richtungen fahren konnten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Maison magnifique dans un cadre naturel extrêmement agréable. Randonnées et visites alentour ; vue sur la mer

We spent some really nice time in la casetta! Rita and Sandro were very helpful and flexible! The garden was very much appreciated by our 3 kids and us! Please bare in mind though that there are around 46 stairs to reach la casetta, so if you plan to take your bicycles to do the San Remo pista ciclabile, get ready to pick them up walk with them in the stairs (or go from the bottom of la casetta, there's a tight ramp)
