La tenuta è semplicemente incantevole, ristrutturata finemente e con gusto. Gli spazi sono ambi, il mobilio ricercato, i bagni fantastici e i servizi accessori consentono di godersi pienamente l'esperienza. Una particolare nota di merito a Anna e Barbara, che ci hanno accolti e fatti sentire come a casa, prodigandosi (sempre con il sorriso) per soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Particolare nota di merito per la colazione, davvero super.

Ottima casa con dei servizi fantastici. Fabrizio è un host attento e disponibile, gli abbiamo scritto diversi messaggi nei giorni in cui eravamo nella casa e ha sempre risposta con prontezza e gentilezza a ogni richiesta. Consigliatissima anche la location della casa a un passo da Liguria e Toscana.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Les hôtes était accueillant et present en cas de besoin mais sans en faire trop! Nous avons été merveilleusement bien été traité du début à la fin et nous ne pouvons que vous recommander de passer un séjour chez eux !😍

Siamo tornati alla Fermata delle Rondini perché ci eravamo trovati molto bene la prima volta. Anche questa volta confermati la gentilezza e disponibilità degli host, tranquillità della zona e posizione ottima per raggiungere Asti. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo, speriamo di tornare presto!

si vous recherchez du calme, de la bienveillance et de la discrétion vous êtes au bon endroit chez sari et son mari. le logement était co.fortable pour mes 3 filles et moi. Attention nous avons eu beaucoup de moustique mais ça sari n'y peut rien juste pour que vous preniez le nécessaire. je retiens le calme et le décor magique. Gazie Mille Sari 😘

La casa è splendida ed in centro in modo da potersi spostare solo a piedi. L'host è estremamente chiaro nelle indicazioni di check in e molto gentile e disponibile per tutto il resto. Soggiorno ottimo!

Tolle Gastgeber! Tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns bei Marco und seiner Frau sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt, Marco hatte viele Tipps für Unternehmungen/Restaurants für uns. Die Unterkunft war ausgesprochen sauber, mit einer schönen Terrasse und einem kleinen, privaten Gartenteil. Auch unser Hund war bei Marco sehr glücklich und konnte das große eingezäunte Grundstück erkunden. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der mit einem Auto nach Ligurien reisen und die schönen kleinen Orte in der Gegend besuchen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour chez Andrea et Sandro qui ont été très accueillants et attentionnés dès notre arrivée. Ils ont pris le temps de nous informer des sites remarquables et de trouver les mots en français pour se faire comprendre. Le logement est très confortable, propre, très bien équipé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Un salon de jardin est mis à disposition dans le jardin ombragé. Le logement est idéalement situé dans le village de Volastra qui reste préservé du tourisme et à la fois très accessible avec le bus qui rejoint Manarola toutes les 30 minutes. La place de parking ombragé située à 100m du logement est appréciable sur ce site des Cinque Terre où le stationnement est limité. N'hésitez pas à vous arrêter à leur "Chiosco" pour y déguster des spécialités et goûter à leur bon vin local.

We were very happy with this place. All as described, and a perfect place for a few days of being base camp while traveling around Parma. Kitchen has the things you need for some easy dinner, and the seperate room with jacuzzi and sauna was exactly what we needed. Very helpful hosts, thank you and greetings from us:)

Wij zijn hier 10 dagen geweest met 4 personen en we hebben een fantastische tijd hier gehad. Het was net alsof in we in een film terecht waren gekomen. Met al onze vragen konden we bij de receptie terecht en werden we goed geholpen. Als het kan doe zeker mee met de wijntour op vrijdag die was namelijk erg leuk en leerzaam. Wij raden Poggio al Casone echt aan ook als je een tussen stop moet maken.

Premetto che ê stata la nostra prima esperienza in un appartamento condiviso, perciò inizialmente ci siamo trovati un po' a disagio, nonostante Giulia abbia fatto il possibile per farci sentire a casa . Due notti sono poche per integrarsi ma l'appartamento vista mare ( e quando dico vista mare lo è veramente ) ti avvolge nella sua accoglienza in ogni particolare . Grazie Giulia ..........ritorneremo .

Appartamento stupendo esteticamente e pieno di comfort ma soprattutto pulitissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Magnifique établissement ! Calme, luxueux tout y est ! Nous regrettons d’avoir pris que 2 nuits. C’est une certitude nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Par contre, nous vous conseillons de faire des courses avant d’arriver au logement ou de manger à l’extérieur car à Ognio malheureusement le restaurant est fermé. Gros coup de cœur pour la Tana di Jack a quelques km du logement.

Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb von San Terenzo, Lerici liegt gleich nebenan. Zwei tolle Städtchen. Leider waren in der Nachsaison bereits Strände gesperrt und Restaurants geschlossen. Für den öffentlichen Strandteil der Baia Blue Bucht wurden hohe Parkgebühren verlangt.

Bel emplacement, surplombant la vallée de carrare . Superbe jardin et piscine mais pas pu en profiter le temps n’était pas au rendez-vous. Joli port de plaisance à proximité (Lerici) très bon restaurant sur le port. Avec le soleil cela aurait été magnifique.

Marco war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und zur Wohnung gebracht hat. Unseren Wagen konnten wir in seiner Garage abstellen, was sehr praktisch war. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung war ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt. Der Ort ist schön und man kann tolle Ausflüge machen, wie Cinque Terre, Sari, Recco oder Genua. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Alles bestens! Dieter Empfang, die Wohnung, das ganze Drum Herum… alles super! Auch Lucca ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Mit dem Fahrrad vom Haus in die Stadt - alles super und in kürzester Zeit. Fahrrad abstellen am Haus auch ohne Probleme. Allerdings allem: hervorragend!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Der var nogle problemer med en dør og et køleskab som ikke virkede. De var hurtige til ringe og skrive til os.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Giovanni & Sara’s beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice, it has so much space. We particularly loved the infinity pool with the view of the alps which was unexpected on a clear day. We also made great use of the table tennis and were so impressed with the barn! The views never failed to be stunning and we would highly recommend to anyone else. Good proximity to larger towns and cities also for day trips. Thank you Giovanni & Sara!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Prachtig huis met een nog prachtiger uitzicht. Doordat het huis afgelegen ligt op een berg heb je veel privacy, echter reken wel zeker op 20 min voor een dichtbijgelegen supermarkt. Het huis heeft geen ventilatoren wat we erg hebben gemist bij de zomerse temperaturen. Prettige communicatie met host. Tip: neem voldoende antimuggen middelen mee want die heb je hard nodig in deze omgeving

Nel periodo di capodanno abbiamo avuto la possibilità di soggiornare nella casa San Michele. Una casa con tutti i confort a disposizione, la struttura è ben studiata sia come affittacamere ma anche come casa intera indipendente. Noi siamo rimasti 4 giorni prenotando l'intera abitazione. Ogni stanza ha un bagno privato, tutti sono a vista con una vetrata che da sulle colline alessandrine, molto suggestivo. La cucina industriale è molto funzionale soprattutto per un gruppo di persone. La spa presente al piano inferiore della casa, raggiungibile dal giardino, è stato un vero e proprio benessere sia fisico che mentale. Giulia e Claudia sono state davvero gentili, facendoci sentire a casa, rispettando gli ospiti ma allo stesso tempo si sono raccontate e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di vedere lo studio musicale adiacente alla casa.
