Beautiful terrace with magnificent view. Alassio is within walking distance. We received a bottle of wine on arrival. The recommended places and restaurants were great. A big thank you.

The estate is simply enchanting, finely and tastefully renovated. The spaces are large, the furniture refined, the bathrooms fantastic and the additional services allow you to fully enjoy the experience. A special note of merit to Anna and Barbara, who welcomed us and made us feel at home, doing their best (always with a smile) to satisfy all our requests. Special mention for breakfast, really great.

Very pleasant stay. The house is very beautiful and matches the description and photos perfectly. The owners Marco and Elisa have always been available and attentive to our questions. Since the house is in the mountain, the only small negative point would be the road leading directly to the house which is a bit complex (uphill and with tight turns). However, this remains only one detail in view of the comfort of the house and the beauty of the place.

Beautifully located, sensational complex in the middle of the vineyards. Magnificent apartment. The pool is indescribable and the wellness facility is very nice. Great breakfast buffet. Good communication. If you want to make a high-level comment: With a small culinary offer in the evening, you could make the whole thing even more unbeatable and also the wine sales could be increased even further😉.

If you're looking for calm, kindness and discretion, you've come to the right place at Sari and her husband's. The accommodation was comfortable for my 3 daughters and me. Be careful we had a lot of mosquitoes but sari can't do anything about it, just so you take the necessary precautions. I remember the calm and the magical decor. Thanks a lot Sari 😘

If only all homes could be like this!! Honestly, close to a boutique hotel!! Toptop!! Well-equipped, soundproofed, air-conditioned, meticulously decorated! We loved everything! Recommended! Ideal for my family, the apartment is spacious, with an elevator for suitcases and stroller. The parking lot is not very far and secure. Fresh water fountain available: great idea!

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. My stay at Portofino Vacanze was very pleasant. The house is beautiful, spacious and well maintained, equipped with almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights is definitely the relaxation area, with a hot tub and shared pool, and the possibility of accessing the sauna on request, a real added touch. Breakfast is excellent, prepared by Andrea with homemade products and served in a setting surrounded by greenery, with a truly suggestive sea view that makes every morning special. The only aspect to consider is the somewhat isolated location: to fully enjoy the area, you need to have a car or motorcycle, but in return, you are immersed in tranquility and nature. Recommended for those looking for relaxation and authenticity, away from the chaos.

We were very happy with this place. All as described, and a perfect place for a few days of being base camp while traveling around Parma. Kitchen has the things you need for some easy dinner, and the seperate room with jacuzzi and sauna was exactly what we needed. Very helpful hosts, thank you and greetings from us:)

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

Wonderful property! Quiet, luxurious everything is there! We're sorry we only took 2 nights. For sure, we'll be happy to come back. On the other hand, we advise you to do groceries before arriving at the accommodation or eating outside because in Ognio unfortunately the restaurant is closed. The Tana di Jack is a few miles from the accommodation.

Place for people enjoying sea, mountains and italian style of holidays. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony, and reserved parking spot. Also small swimming pool at the roof. We were there for the second time (first time 3 years ago), so you can see that the place is not brand new, but still in a good shape. We can recommend.

Luciana and her family showed extraordinary kindness; we were warmly welcomed and our stay was very pleasant. The house is well maintained and very clean, totally corresponding to the photos, the surroundings are quiet and you can enjoy a great view of the gulf. We hope to be back soon!

The location is perfect for experiencing the charm and beauty of the area—close to local attractions while offering a peaceful retreat. The home itself is very clean, making it a safe haven for my little one who was crawling everywhere without a worry. The kitchen had everything I needed, making meal prep a breeze, and the garage added an extra layer of convenience and security. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and family-friendly place to stay!

Nice location, overlooking the Carrare Valley. Beautiful garden and pool but could not enjoy the time was not there. Nice marina nearby (Lerici) very good restaurant on the port. With the sun it would have been beautiful.

Marco was a great host who even picked us up from the train station and took us to the apartment. We were able to park our car in his garage, which was very convenient. Everything was clean and the amenities were sufficient for our stay. The place is nice and you can make great excursions, such as Cinque Terre, Sari, Recco or Genoa. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the accommodation!

Everything is great! Dieter reception, the apartment, the whole thing... everything great! Lucca is definitely worth a trip. By bike from the house to the city - everything great and in no time. Parking your bike at the house is also no problem. However, everything: excellent!

Veronica's house is a piece of paradise. Near Pescia and therefore with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities, and at the same time immersed in the hills of pescia Switzerland, a region of unparalleled beauty and surrounded by countless medieval little towns that are such a delight of such beautiful and preserved. An unforgettable stay. The house is very comfortable, bedding and cotton bath and lots of quality. Super well-equipped, with full bathroom, including a good shower. It is well worth the visit.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Giovanni & Sara’s beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice, it has so much space. We particularly loved the infinity pool with the view of the alps which was unexpected on a clear day. We also made great use of the table tennis and were so impressed with the barn! The views never failed to be stunning and we would highly recommend to anyone else. Good proximity to larger towns and cities also for day trips. Thank you Giovanni & Sara!

We loved our stay at Victor’s home. It was spotlessly clean and the view was just incredible. It is brilliant for kids, they had the time of their lives!
