Despite the traffic, Mattia waited for us and showed us the house and surroundings with speed and kindness, wonderful apartment and outdoor terrace, all clean and 50 meters from the sea, the garage a plus for the area and period, thank you for everything and see you next time

Heaven on earth. The place is wonderful, in the middle of the countryside and tranquility, the house is very nice and equipped with everything you need and the outdoor space is nothing short of amazing. Irena is kind and helpful. Renè is an exquisite person. I hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

We were received very flexible and friendly. The place was as shown on the pictures! A very nice house with wonderful pool. Definetly recommend.

Francesca's place is well structured, bright, and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but it is nevertheless very welcoming. The area where it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. Nearby are all the necessary services: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Relaxation oasis on Mount Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating areas to marvel and dream. The house has plenty of space, is furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque scenery of Mondavio and Orciano and discover new perspectives again and again. The house and garden give a feeling of vastness, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nimble lizards, a hoopoe, sparrows and fireflies here. The kitchen is very well equipped with many glasses, dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners share everything generously.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Perfect for a few days to get to know the Marche. Great culinary offer all around. Great running trails with neat meters of altitude right outside the front door. The small heated pool invites the family to relax after excursions. Can be fully recommended.

Veronica was always kind and ready to listen to and solve our needs. The large patio/terrace in the back is a space that guarantees total privacy; functional bathrooms, well separated living area from the bedrooms. We will be back!! Highly recommended!!! Great apartment, clean, tidy. Very nice garden, well maintained. The possibility of dining outside, under the gazebo, was very welcome. Perfect value for money.

Fantastic apartment, very clean and in the most stunning location. Perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway with the most amazing views. Host was very accommodating even when I was struggling to communicate because of phone provider issues. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. I will be happy to come back!

Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
