Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ripanj

Beautiful weekend getaway at Kosmaj not far from the Spomenik. We have spend wonderful two nights there resting and enjoying the view. Would definitely visit this place again. In winter, if it's snowy please make sure you have proper winter tyres as some roads can be covered with ice in the morning.

Everything was good. Host was rly friendly and communicating with him was ez. For the price place in 10/10 ! Can't expecting more for this price, was warm and everything was working. The only problem was with a some hair on the floor inside bathroom (i told on Branislav he apologize and I'm sure he gonna talk with a housekeeper), but gonna tell it again price / place is totally responsible.

We spend some wonderful days in dragans House. It was super cosy and perfect for some days in the countryside if you need some slowly and quiet days. The labrador in the Garden was our Highlight he is super sweet also always wants to play :) Dragans parents were super friendly and nicely looked after us! We highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay at this house for a week. Everything was exceptionally clean, private, and comfortable. The house is warm, cozy, bright, and well-designed, with more than enough amenities for a relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently located, with easy access, a nearby bus stop, and a large parking area on the property. Special thanks to the host and her representatives for always being available, promptly addressing the heating issue, and making check-in smooth and quick. There was a minor issue with a leaking radiator, and I hope the host will be able to resolve it soon. Overall, everything was great, and we highly recommend this place. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Super maison, très confortable. Bon emplacement, une quinzaine de minutes du centre en voiture. Hôte très accueillante, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin à l'intérieur !

Pro: comunicare excelentă, casă impecabilă la categoria dotări și curățenie. Contra: zgomotul produs de avioane sau de clienții de la hotelul vecin, dar asta nu ține de calitatea cazării.

The location of the apartment is perfect, everything can be reached by foot. The apartment has everything you need for a couple of days. In our opinion it could have been a bit cleaner here and there. The aircondition also helps with the humidity. Mirko is a very helpful and friendly host, who provides you with detailed information not only about the flat but also the city and everything you might need. We would come back every time.

A really well located apartment close to various public transportation, good restaurants and touristic sights, the apartment is modern inside various amenities above and beyond what I would normally expect and I beautiful view over the river. It was perfect for our group of 5 friends and the host was extremely welcoming giving us lots of information about local public transportation and very flexible with checking in and out.

Lovely apartment in a great central location and very well equipped. Perfect for 3-4 people, would certainly stay here again.

Vi kommer fra Norge og leiligheten var vårt hjem i 5 døgn. Leiligheten har en unik beliggenhet. Vi satte pris på terrassen , helt privat med utsikt over byen. Der ble morgenkaffen inntatt og Serbisk vin om kvelden. Skal vi tilbake til Beograd, som er sannsynlig, ønsker vi å booke denne leiligheten. Anbefales .

I highly recommend this place! The studio is very clean, cozy, and well-located. Ivana is such a kind and thoughtful host — always available and ready to help whenever needed. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely come back again.

First of all, thanks to Alex’s communication and recommendations, we had a very comfortable trip. It was a nicely furnished apartment that allowed us to have a really pleasant time. The kitchen was sufficient for two people. Having air conditioning on both the lower and upper floors was another great feature. Its location was excellent, very close to many places worth visiting. Iako smo kratko boravili u smeštaju, gostoljubivost naše gazdarice nije ostala nezapažena. Apartman je bio sjajan - čist, prostran i sa svim potrebštinama koje gosti često zaborave da ponesu. Ipak, najupečatljiviji detalj bila je upravo Maja i pažnja koju je posvetila da nam boravak bude ugodan. Sve pohvale! <3

We felt like at home. The apartment is very cozy and quiet. There is everything you need, even a dishwasher. Branko was very responsive and friendly. We recommend this accommodation!

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock eines der Gebäude an der Waterfront. Daher hat man keinen Durchgangsverkehr an der Terasse. Touristische Gegend, aber nicht unangenehmer Art, im Gegenteil sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ordentlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder, der Platz hat gut ausgereicht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt ist der Pool und das Spielzimmer ein Highlight. Das Spielzimmer im 2. Stock ist für eher kleinere Kinder ausgelegt. Die anderen haben wir nicht besucht. Die Angestellten im Haus sind sehr freundlich und nett. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage können über den Vermieter angefragt werden. Man hat dann mit dem Aufzug direkten Zugang ins Gebäude. Es fahren Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Auto (Parken in Belgrad ist übel!) und Taxi oder zu Fuß unterwegs. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt ca. 20 min. Alles in allem für uns ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Apartment was very modern and luxury decorated, and its better than pictures. Beds are very comfortable and view from balcony is spectacular. We really enjoyed, and for sure will come back anytime when visiting Belgrade. Big recommendation

The apartment and bedrooms are all very spacious with large comfortable beds. It is also located amongst many nice bars and restaurants. We were able to check in considerably early and dragana welcomed us on arrival and provided many interesting recommendations that we otherwise wouldn’t have come across.

Great apartment with an awesome cozy rooftop.

Great location, delightfully close to Good Dumplings and Crazy Noodle for an easy meal! Close to public transit but walking distance to all major attractions. Tucked away on a quiet street. The entrance light for the main building was broken before but was fixed the day we arrived, so that is no longer a problem. The apartment is small but equipped with the necessary amenities. It is okay for a short stay or if you spend most of your time outside. Space is fine for two people in that case. We had a last-minute booking, and the self-check in made it easy. The apartment was not thoroughly clean at check-in, but Aleksandar was quick to respond and sent the cleaner to address the issues within 45min. At all points before and after booking, he was always very fast to respond and also had clear instructions and many local recommendations if you need it.

This is the perfect Airbnb for exploring Belgrade. Located in a cute neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants, and the old town a short walk away. The Airbnb itself is huge and has everything you need to be comfortable. Aleksandra is an excellent host, as she was super responsive and provided many detailed instructions, including plenty of guides on what to check out in Belgrade. We highly recommend!!!

This is my third or fourth stay at Ana's place. The location is fantastic right in downtown Belgrade and yet the place is quiet and peaceful. Tamara is always very friendly and super responsive! Thank you!!!
