Alberto sent clear instructions for access via vaporetto, water taxi, etc., Paulo met us on the street at arrival, walking us through operation of everything from the keys to skylight covers and tilt and turn windows. Very helpful! The place is equipped with a detailed guide to the space and neighborhood. We sometimes missed things because of the volume of detail in the binder, e.g. request not to run appliances after 10pm, and note that bin labeled "plastic only" is for plastic, glass, & cans! Posting key info would have helped (e.g. sign on appliance). The space itself is amazing... so beautiful! The neighborhood was perfect for us, close to things but calm and quiet inside. Great communication from host enhanced our stay. We would love to return!

Location was amazing, the Jewish ghetto was a great location to watch the sunset. Apartment was tidy, clean and a lovely space. Giovanna was a perfect host!

Arrigo’s apartment was so convenient to the water buses and other forms of travel on the canals. The neighborhood is lovely and is not congested and noisy as other places. Arrigo went the extra mile to be so helpful with suggestions and recommendations. He was so helpful in helping us avoid tourist traps and find better options for not only travel but sightseeing. We had a lovely time exploring the surrounding islands due to his suggestions. We without hesitation recommend Arrigo’s apartment to anyone coming to Venice.
