Orsola’s mother met is at the Vaporetto station and walked us the short distance to the apartment. She was so gracious. The apartment was lovely, perhaps one of the best we have stayed at in all, o= travels. Everything was spotless, the decor was tasteful with a certain sense of u derogated elegance, and it felt warm and homelike, with nice art on the walls. They left us a few snacks and some bananas, which we really appreciated. Orsola and her mother answered all our questions promptly. It is really a lovely apartment and the hosts are awesome. The location is great for both transportation and local sites. If I ever get back to Venice, I hope this is still available!

Benedetto is a great host. Responded quickly and answered all my questions as I had them. Beautiful home right on the canal. Lots to do close by . Public water transportation just a 4 min walk. Only suggestion would be to educate yourself on how that works before hand can be a little tricky. Venice is a beautiful place take a walk explore and get lost in its magic.

We had a wonderful stay at Valarie & Bryan’s apartment! The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from restaurants, grocery stores, and all the main attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully modern—exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. Bryan was an outstanding host—very prompt, helpful, and kind. He came down to greet us personally and even helped with our luggage, which was a lovely touch. He also arranged a water taxi for us, which made our arrival in Venice so much easier. We’re really glad we chose this place and will definitely return to Bryan the next time we’re in Venice. Highly recommended!

Maria and her apartment exceeded our expectations. First she arranged airport transfers directly by van and water taxi to the apartment. Second, she provided local recommendations on a salon for the girls and restaurants that were delightful and less touristy. Third, the apartment is in a great location far enough away from San Marco to be quiet but close enough to get to all the hot spots in 15-20 minutes. It is across from Squero di San Trovaso where we saw tradesman working on gondole during the day and overheard Italian music while couples took dance lessons in the square. There is a nice cicchetti place called Osteria Al Squero right across the canal. The AC worked great, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Instant espresso was provided. The table was set with candles. The shower is a little small by US standards but we are spoiled and did not suffer. The water was hot and the showerhead perfect. There is a small washer; clothes are rack dried. We loved it.
