Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

Positive points: good location, with plenty of shopping nearby, but quite peaceful at the same time, availability of everything you need in a stay, including a complimentary gallon of water. Very spacious house, with 4 bedrooms and a large swimming pool, plus a small sauna. Wi-Fi worked well. Another positive point was the host, who made our check-out time more flexible. The only negative point is that the property is old, in need of some minor modernizations.
