This is my second time staying here. It’s centrally located and around everything. I don’t really see my self staying anywhere else when I visit

My stay at Tatiana's place was simply wonderful! From the beginning, she was very attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions. The place is exactly as in the pictures — clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I will definitely stay with her again when I'm in the area. Thank you for everything, Tatiana!

We were very welcome. The apartment is in a very peaceful area in a 24-hour doorman building. Very clean, organized and calm environment to rest. It has a supermarket almost in front of the building and several restaurants nearby. Ideal for those who want to go out at night without having to depend on apps. Silvia always proactive, gave us all support for hosting. We'll be back soon!

Very good, we felt at home! I recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet place that is easily accessible and close to everything. I will definitely return.

We were delighted with the structure of the condominium and the apartment! Everything super organized, clean beyond the staff of the condominium and Karina helpful and polite from the beginning, all the time we felt at home. We have already indicated, and we will definitely be back again soon :)

My stay was amazing! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, cozy and super well located, a few steps from the beach. Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

Mariana is a great host, very clear in her communications and very polite, the apartment was in excellent condition, well tidy and clean, great amenities and a very beautiful and spacious balcony, the location is excellent, I definitely recommend it to other Airbnb guests.

Anfitriã sempre disponível e respondia com rapidez. Local muito bem localizado, a 1 minuto da praia. Prédio com porteiro, ótimo pra segurança. Apesar de não ter ar condicionado, não tive problemas com calor nas datas que fiquei, a temperatura máxima foi de 30 graus. Recomendo e hospedarei no mesmo local novamente. Tive uma excelente estadia

It's been an amazing day! Dennis' apartment is providential. It has a great location and everything we need to feel at home. I thank Dennis for offering us such a nice and comfortable space. Everything is organized and clean. The beach is amazing, the dunes and the lagoon were highlights of the location. We'll be back soon.

Your stay with Rita was amazing. I loved every detail of the apartment and of the condominium. It had everything we needed, even a hairdresser in the bathroom. The frozen filtered water in the fridge, among other things, made me love it.

The accommodation matched the photos and what was advertised on the platform. The location (near West shopping), with extensive transportation and the parking space are great differentials for choosing the accommodation. There are utensils for those who want to cook or make coffee and snacks. I recommend it to everyone.

Minha primeira vez no Rio e foi suficiente pra eu me apaixonar pela cidade, a gente escuta tanta coisa ruim, mas eu consegui ver um Rio tão maravilhoso quanto a música! Acredito que tudo tenha um lado bom e um lado ruim, cidades grandes tem problemas mas isso não as define. O Rio de Janeiro é um lugar que te faz apaixonar, eu nunca me senti assim em uma cidade, espero voltar em breve pra ver outros lugares pois 4 dias foi muito pouco rs Sobre a estadia nesse apt, foi 10 de 10, o Luis é muito gente boa e o Edson (síndico) é um cara maravilhoso, ajuda em tudo, super paciente, bom papo e nos deixou confortáveis. Infelizmente não conseguimos usar a piscina do condomínio mas isso não prejudicou nossa experiência em nada. Você vai encontrar um apt limpo, aconchegante, com tudo o que precisa pra fazer refeições e um bairro bem tranquilo, estavamos de carro então pra gente não foi ruim as coisas estarem uns minutos de distância, e no bairro tem tudo tbm. Muito obrigado!

Apartamento aconchegante, completo, limpo exatamente como a foto. Sobre o Resort e todo completo, oferece muita diversidade, cinema, sala de jogos, boliche SPA e Sauna por reserva. O restaurante e excelente comida deliciosa com ótimo preço. Diogo e muito educado, receptivo, e sempre disposto.

Apartamento incrível com tudo o que precisa, a decoração é linda e tudo muito organizado!! A Isadora foi uma querida junto com seu pai, nos deixaram até mimo de Páscoa. Ficamos extremamente felizes com a escolha desse apartamento e com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes!
