In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.

Located in a family-friendly building, it comfortably accommodates up to two adults, with a very comfortable queen-size bed and a built-in single bed (recommended for people weighing up to 65 kg and of average height). The kitchen is compact and functional with basic utensils for quick meals. The space has air conditioning and a ceiling fan for your comfort. The washing machine is no longer in use.

The living room is large with a dining table, sofa bed (full) and balcony with plants and a hammock. The kitchen is complete with all the utensils. The bathroom is renovated with a 220v shower. The space has air-conditioning. In addition, the bedroom has a ceiling fan and, in the living room, a portable floor fan.
