Tomas' place is great for a small family or like us 3 adults. The pool and backyard are beautiful! The screened in porch is amazing at any time of the day or in any weather! Very clean and everything you will need in the kitchen for meal prep. Many thoughtful additions like a welcoming bottle of wine, pool/beach towels and lots of beach chairs/sand toys. The home is on a dead end street so very low traffic volume. Although you are only 2 houses off a very busy street with traffic and emergency vehicle noise. Tomas is great with communication and very quick to respond to any questions. If you want to have a day at the beach its a short drive (about 20 min due to traffic), but who needs the beach when you have such a great pool! Highly recommend this property and host.

Five stars- Place was just as described! The outdoor space was great and there were plenty of things such as chairs/umbrellas/beach stuff for us to borrow. Ron, the caretaker, was nice and responsive, and went above and beyond regarding a wifi issue (he fixed). About a 15-20 minute drive to the beach and there were some very good restaurants nearby (recommend La Violetta)! Thank you!

Place was so cute and had everything you may need. It was very clean and cozy, I would recommend it.

This was one of the BEST air b&b’s I have stayed at in Sarasota so far!! Aside from the beautiful weather Inas home was very clean, and had all the amenities needed!! The pictures look exactly like what her home has to offer. She was very responsive and kind. We asked for the pool heated for the extra daily charge and she did it immediately! Very close and convenient to all grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. About a 10 minute ride to beautiful siesta key beach. I give 10 Stars !!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Ina for hosting us and we hope to be back soon !!!! For the next guests enjoy!!
