We had a lovely few days at Bev’s place. Such a good location, we managed to park on the Green, left the car there for the three days and explored Richmond on foot, enjoyed walking by the river. Bev’s place had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable, well decorated and the welcome treats a bonus. If we are in the area again, would not hesitate to book with Bev again. Thank you!.

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale. A lovely place to stay. Cosy and compact but with everything you need and a gorgeous garden. Flowers and flapjacks were a super welcome!
