We had an excellent weekend staying here. We were in the area for an event at Wetherby Racecourse on the Sunday, it was a great location to get there in good time. We used a couple of takeaways in Easingwold as we couldn't find a pub/restaurant that catered for our fussy toddler. Easingwold was close by with a Co-op as well. The park which was located behind the property was great, lots to do, and well maintained. The property was comfortable with all we needed for the 3 of us. Our little one was very pleased with the basket of toys and books which was a lovely touch.

Booked this for my friend visiting. She was made to feel comfortable and the pod was extremely clean. I have another friend coming to stay on the 30th May for 2 nights, she is staying in the pod opposite as its a great place to stay. Will carry on using this accommodation for the future. Thank you

We had an amazing time at this venue. Lovely people and even the locals who use the pub from around the area were so welcoming. Fantastic way to start the New Year.

The annex at Orchard House is in a tranquil setting. Ever so peaceful and relaxing. Pizzas can be ordered (we did) and they were homemade, very tasty with thin stone baked bases. We had one continental breakfast and one bacon sandwich with coffee for breakfast, all excellent. Marton village is idyllic, picture postcard perfect and a little jewel in the Yorkshire Wolds. Very close to bigger towns and places of interest. For cyclists like us, it gets you onto lots of quiet B roads, amazing landscapes and lots of stop off options for cafes and pubs.

Great sized room, clean and conveniently situated for the neabry harbour. Perfect for visiting our family in the local area. Thanks

Excellent lodging in a lovely pub with a great selection of food and beers etc. Quiet location a couple of miles from Appleby centre. Highly recommended.

If I could give more stars, I would ❤️ Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday - and Karen was an AMAZING host, even left me a birthday card! 🥰 So friendly & made us feel right at home, the place was SPOTLESS & clean, super comfy bed and made it the most perfect weekend for us. Thank you again Karen, you’ll most likely be hearing from us again in the future 🤭

Stunning lodge in a beautiful setting with water front & back. Fiona was a perfect host, providing a great selection of treats upon arrival. Everything you could possibly want for a short break away.

We loved our stay at Honeysuckle Lodge :) would definitely return. Barrie was very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was beautiful.

Great location, very peaceful neighbourhood. You could walk to city centre if you wanted (about 40 min with flat terrain all the way). Lovely host, great communication.

Fabulous accommodation with friendly and kind hosts. Accommodation is spacious, clean, peaceful, secure and has everything you’ll need for a night or weeks stay. The pictures are an absolute true representation of the accommodation. This was our second stay here and won’t be our last!

We had a lovely stay at Carlie's. It's such a nice little apartment in a lovely part of the world. We loved the decor and it was a lovely comfy bed. We were attending a wedding nearby, which started at the same time as check-in, but Carlie was super-flexible and we were able to check in early. - would definitely recommend!

Jo’s lodge was perfect for our you family. Comfortable, warm, easy to find and good instructions. The unit was well equipped and I couldn’t find any fault with the place. All things you need for a short stay and more where there, as well as some nice touches with local jam and chutney, complimentary cheeses and a pint of milk to ensure we could make a cuppa when we arrived. We were checking in late and communication with Jo was friendly and efficient. All in all a perfect stay and met our expectations. We visit the area most years to visit family and I’m sure we’ll be back. Thanks Jo, a great stay I have nothing but good things

Great stay at Little Winton, ideally located for our visit to the area, delightful, beautifully presented property. Super hosts, highly recommend.

The cottage is far better than the photos suggest. It is really spacious and comfortable and is set in a pretty garden. Lots of nice touches and plenty of good equipment. An easy walk to an excellent gourmet Indian restaurant and to other restaurants and pubs. Highly recommend!

Rogers place was peaceful & down a quiet country lane & an ideal location for what we wanted. They have 3 border collies which we were a bit nervous about escaping once we opened the electric gates but they didn’t attempt to leave the grounds. They were very friendly & no issue at all with them. The accommodation was ideal for what we wanted & we would happily stay again

Graeme and Helen’s place is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for a couple of nights with our dog and it was perfect. Lovely area for our dog to safely roam around and a massive paddock area also available to us. The place is spacious and well laid out and has everything you need with additional goodies thrown in. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked lovely and sure would be a lovely place to be in an evening. Would recommend for anyone to stay and we will look to come back again!

We had an excellent stay in the lodge and was a brilliant base to stay towards the northern end of the lakes, easy access to Ullswater (20mins) and Buttermere too, always a beautiful place to visit and David and Collettes communication was excellent. easy access regarding turning up and lock box and having the place to ourselves. Easy to find lodge from the instructions Colette provided and a good bargain too. we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and it's nestled away and feels private enough. Lovely little lodge, tucked away and private and plenty of amenities! Thank you 😊
