Monthly Rentals in Richland

My husband and I have stayed in this part of Iowa previously to visit our daughter and granddaughter but not specifically in Fairfield. We really liked the town and this property. It was very comfortable and the outside was lovely. We hope to return in the Spring.

The layout of the house was perfect for our large group! With the open floor plan, we could easily talk between the two floors without having to go up and down the stairs.

Loved the vibes of Mitchell’s place. Large and open, lots of windows overlooking the beautiful town square. A bit on the pricey side but to be expected in this particular area. There were great coffee shops, and restaurants on and off the town square, quaint shops one could loose themselves in for hours and even a year-long (in this case, winters) farmers market with fresh vegetables, bread, and home goods. Only thing I would have like to have known beforehand is the one shower. For that many people (potentially houses) one shower complicated things. We managed just fine but knowing ahead of time would have been nice as the tub and shower cannot be run at the same time due to lack of water pressure-not uncommon in older homes. The hot water lasted a very long time thankfully so once we realized this, we split our showers from day to evening and all was well. No unwanted bugs or critters in site and that can be rather difficult with partially entry places and humidity so huge plus.🙏🏻

This is a 10 star stay, beautiful, newly remodeled home, with great tasting Nanna's Cookies. Easy location to find and easy access to surrounding towns. Also, very accommodating to your personal needs, it felt like home! This is the best place I have stayed at; I hope I get a chance to visit again. It's a must stay. Thanks so much!!!
