A traditional stone Azorean house with a wooden extension recently build (100m², ground level). Cozy and family-friendly. Comfortable during all seasons. Located on the main road and close to the airport (4 min), beach area of Castelo Branco (5 min) & a bakery in front of the house (open every day 7h-20h, Sunday until 14h). The city centre of Horta is just 15 minutes away and the nearest supermarket 4 min. 2 free parking spaces in front of the house. A fenced garden for privacy and tranquility.

This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.
