Vacation rentals with a patio in Regional Municipality of Durham

I loved my experience here! I was here for the Toronto Eras Tour by Taylor Swift and was very happy to find a reasonably priced, adorable AirBNB in a very convenient location. The public transport was outside the front door as well as shops and restaurants, but the nighttime was quiet and peaceful. I felt perfectly safe being out at night even as a solo female traveler. My host was so responsive and made sure my experience was as smooth as could be which I’m incredibly grateful for. I will absolutely be staying again when I visit Toronto and highly recommend to anyone else wanting to visit this amazing city!

Susanne’s place was phenomenal. Just as described and the space was spacious. Upon arrival Susanne popped out to greet us. That was a very nice touch believe it or not, Knowing she cared enough to greet us meant so much. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Huge kitchen with all appliances. Extra toiletries just in case you left something behind at home was also a nice touch. Highly recommend Susanne’s place for a quiet home away from home in Toronto.

Anuhea was an amazing host. The place is as described, beautiful & cozy. Short waltz to downtown Peterborough. Did not have enough time in our quick visit to do the sauna, but what a bonus!!! We would stay a hundred times over & bigly recommend these wonderful people & their guest suite.

We couldn't have asked for more. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make full meals. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with a view of a pond and backing onto a walking trail. A short drive to the arena, shopping and healthcare facilities. The hosts are welcoming and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place in a pretty village, part of the GTA. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Pictures are a nice touch; very creative and beatiful.

The place was super duper clean, great location and Cass was a perfect host!! He accomodated my needs and was super super friendly and right away helped me with my questions! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were provided. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, transit, and local attractions. My host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nice private space. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed!

The house was clean and tidy. Good location, easy to get everywhere we needed to go. Allowing us to bring our dog was awesome and there is a huge backyard and walking trails. So many thoughtful touches. And Marilyn was very responsive to anything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvia's place ! The accommodation was very comfortable, very spacious, well decorated and very clean. The place is very quiet and peaceful and you are surrounded by trees and meadows. We were able to reach all our destinations in Peterborough within 15 minutes. The house had all the amenities that we needed. We would stay there any time again.

My family of 5 had a great time! The house was in great condition and there was plentynifnspave for all of us. The location was close enough that we were able to take day trips to explore Toronto. We also enjoyed eating and in exploring at places nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at a very cozy and home like house in Scarborough while visiting Floranda was an amazing host with quick responses and very helpful Looking forward to staying there in the future if possible

The service was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore but still quiet enough to relax in peace. Phenomenal Stay!!! The condo was exactly as pictured, and our host, Jenny, was incredibly sweet. Her warm, inviting demeanor made me happy just being around her. The instructions she provided were extremely detailed—clear, easy to follow, and full of helpful little tips. The private parking garage was a huge bonus. Plus, there are so many great local restaurants within walking distance. It was also just a short drive to Toronto (about 20–30 minutes), and we had an awesome time. I will definitely book again when I come back! Don’t think twice about booking—just do it! You won’t regret it.

Beautiful home, doesn't feel like a basement, love access to the patio.

I stayed at Marika's for a month and she was very responsive and accommodating. We had a few conversations during my stay, and I found her to be friendly and genuinely concerned for my well-being. The living room/bedroom combination is private, but the rest of the space is not. However, that was not a problem. I would definitely stay there again, if need be, and would recommend Marika and her place to others.

Nice modern apartment with two bedrooms. Host was very responsive. Didn't have enough towels initially and host arranged to bring some up within a short period.
